What a joke Bose has become. I bought a 300 Sound Bar. In June 2023, the first time it broke, it…read morelocked up downloading an update. After spending time on their website looking for a service center, I went to the nearest address listed, and it was gone. They closed all those service centers, which are still on the Bose website. Finally, I sent it for service, and it came back. It worked for a total of 4 months. Now, the second time it has malfunctioned it started shutting the home theater down every twenty minutes. The Bose website is the worst for customer support. Telephone support is no better. Bose has become an embarrassment. What I have gone through with this defective product is absurd.

About a month ago, I went to the Bose store at The Sawgrass Mills Mall in Fort Lauderdale (Sunrise)…read moreFL. My experiences there have always been great. Wonderful Bose products and amazing, professional, friendly, accommodating service to match the quality of the products. Last month, I had a question and I asked for a manager. When I spoke to her, it all came together for me why everything is so expertly handled in that store. The manager, Diana, was so efficient, polite, & effective. Her knowledge of product, her professionalism, and the comfort level she created made this the retail experience that others brag about - but never achieve. This spoke volumes about Bose to me. Two other employees that were extremely helpful were Glow and Carlos. Their helpfulness and service was also outstanding -and under Diana's impressive leadership - this store provided the best retail experience I have had in years. Thank you, Bose, for getting it right. As a result of this, the friend I was with purchased me an unexpected, additional gift there for my birthday. I'll always go there for any item I may be interested in that they sell.

ATTENTION PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING‼‼…read more THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THIS PLACE IS A SCAM To summarize, they don't tell customers the truth. They try to get you for every penny they can. And honestly should not be authorized with Apple. If you have any Apple problems or want any repairs done I suggest you to just go to the Apple store. They finessed me out of $65 and tried to finesse another $500. So I set an appointment to get my MacBook battery replaced at this OneClick location, seeing that It was listed as an authorized business with Apple. I get there and told the employee that I had an appointment to get my battery replaced. After a couple of questions he told me that they had to run a diagnostics and that it would cost $65 but it'll go towards the repair cost. I told him that I saw on the Apple website that a battery replacement would cost around $129 so that means I would have to pay around $70 for the back end cost because the diagnostic was $65 and that'll go towards the repair right? He said yes. Eager to get my laptop fixed I agreed and left my laptop with them, gave them my password and everything. They said they'll call me when they get the results. 5 hours passes and still no call so I decide to call them. They answered and told me The results came in,(wait for it)............................ I had to replace my battery...... The technician told me to replace my battery I would have to replace the whole top half of my laptop (casing, keyboards, etc) costing me around $500. I was livid. I told them f that and that I'm coming to get my laptop. Once I got to the store i found the guy who helped me out in the first place and I asked him why did they not say any of that upfront knowing that I came in to get my battery replaced. The guy says sorry I'm not a technician just a sales associate. Then I asked why would you even have to replace the top half when I seen videos on how to replace the battery for my laptop and all you have to do is move the speakers around? Caught off guard he replies "the technician just told me to price it down to $200 because your laptop is one of the last ones they didn't solder every piece together and that we could just replace the battery itself." Then I asked do you even have the battery in the battery back? He replied "no we would have to order it" Not only were they trying to scam me but they couldn't even have replaced it the same day and knew it but said nothing.

THEY ARE THIEVES!! I bought a pair of binoculars that were supposed to be an offer for $212 then…read morethe same binoculars on Amazon or other local are between $50-60. Don't walk, run away! Complete thieves (and watch out for that no refund policy!)…read more Background, I'm a chief technology officer and photography enthusiest. My mother needed a memory card, and didn't want to "bother me". She has a mid-range DSLR and requested the fasted card possible, not wanting more than 4GB of storage. They sold her a class 4 (this is a very low speed rating) microSD card (used for cell phones, not high end camera's) with an adapter so that it would fit her camera. The kicker? They charged her $30 for the privilege. For comparison Best Buy (and I don't usually shop at best buy - just a local source) has a 32GB microsd (sized for apples to apples) Class 10 UHS-1 for $29.99 (provided wrong price of $32 in previous review). The card my mom got? Retails elsewhere and online for around $5. So not only did they rip her off, they sold her something she did no need/want/ask for. When she stopped by and asked me how to install the microSD card into her DSLR camera (about that . . . ) I told her to return it. Wrong card, and damn slow rating at that. It was then that we noticed the no returns clause on their receipt. Thieves. PS: Mostly the same review I just posted on Google's review site, so if you see it there, yes that was me. No I'm not a shill, just pissed and warning every one about what to expect. PPS: I've been using yelp for years and have never taken the time to write a review. Its sad that my first review isn't to applaud a fantastic experience but to instead warn unsuspecting consumers...
