And honestly should not be authorized with Apple. If you have any Apple problems or want any repairs done I suggest you to just go to the Apple store. They finessed me out of $65 and tried to finesse another $500. So I set an appointment to get my MacBook battery replaced at this OneClick location, seeing that It was listed as an authorized business with Apple. I get there and told the employee that I had an appointment to get my battery replaced. After a couple of questions he told me that they had to run a diagnostics and that it would cost $65 but it'll go towards the repair cost. I told him that I saw on the Apple website that a battery replacement would cost around $129 so that means I would have to pay around $70 for the back end cost because the diagnostic was $65 and that'll go towards the repair right? He said yes. Eager to get my laptop fixed I agreed and left my laptop with them, gave them my password and everything. They said they'll call me when they get the results. 5 hours passes and still no call so I decide to call them. They answered and told me The results came in,(wait for it)............................ I had to replace my battery...... The technician told me to replace my battery I would have to replace the whole top half of my laptop (casing, keyboards, etc) costing me around $500. I was livid. I told them f that and that I'm coming to get my laptop. Once I got to the store i found the guy who helped me out in the first place and I asked him why did they not say any of that upfront knowing that I came in to get my battery replaced. The guy says sorry I'm not a technician just a sales associate. Then I asked why would you even have to replace the top half when I seen videos on how to replace the battery for my laptop and all you have to do is move the speakers around? Caught off guard he replies "the technician just told me to price it down to $200 because your laptop is one of the last ones they didn't solder every piece together and that we could just replace the battery itself." Then I asked do you even have the battery in the battery back? He replied "no we would have to order it" Not only were they trying to scam me but they couldn't even have replaced it the same day and knew it but said nothing. read more

One click is an authorized Apple dealer at the Sawgrass Mills mall. It is a small store by one of the food courts. We came to get an Apple watch 4th generation, but they didn't have the one we wanted, just had one color. We should have called, that was our bad. What I didn't like about this store is the lack of displays where you can see and test what you are about to buy, there are a few things you can try but not a lot. Unlike an apple store where you can try everything and there is a million "geniuses" there to help . It was disappointing. Next time I will just take the drive to an actual Apple Store. read more

Sneaky lying manipulative company! Horrible customer service!!! My son has an Apple laptop and the keys have been sticking really bad. We found out that his model had a recall on the keyboard so we chatted with Apple customer service and they made an appointment for us to drop his computer off at One Click in Sawgrass to send it in for replacement of the keyboard. When I arrived at this store I explained what was going on & that I spoke with a technician at Apple who verified it was under warranty. She took the laptop in the back for 5 seconds & returned to tell me "sorry, this isn't under warranty..it has water damage" I said "It has never left the desk & drinks are not allowed in the office so I'm 100% sure it never got wet" I said they only thing we have done is spray the keys with canned air. I asked her to ask the technician to open it in front of me to show me. I'm aware when they get wet something inside changes color. She went in the back again, then came out & said "we can't do that" I asked can I make another appointment to bring it back so he can open it & show me. She said no you are not allowed in the back & he can't open it in the front of the store. She said you can leave it 3-4 days, pay $80 and we can send you pictures. Lol yea right! So I left there and went to a REAL technician who opened it in 3 seconds to show me & so I could snap some photos for proof. As I expected there is NO water damage! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking here, but with a broken iPhone, people get desperate. Apple scheduled me here to get a battery replacement last Thursday. I booked knowing this place is quite far, almost 40 min from my home and I still decided to keep the appointment since it was the next available they had. I took time off work to drive here and bring my boyfriends broken iPhone that needs a battery replacement. Upon arrival, the front desk tech guy checks me in, then tells me they have NO BATTERIES FROM APPLE and WILL NOT HAVE ANY FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. I don't understand, he saw that I was scheduled for a battery replacement, why did this tech guy call in advance to let me know this, therefor I did not waste time and gas.... and would look for a new appointment elsewhere.... Anyways, he still takes the iPhone to see if he can diagnose the problem (as the review below say they do), the iPhone did not turn on, so he said it is not the battery, it MUST be something else. At this point, I took my iPhone and left. Apple recommended I call Best Buy, which I did and they explained to me that this place not having any batteries means they have to order it, and Apple sends the correct battery with two day shipping, insinuating their story was bogus. I do not recommend using this place to fix your iPhone, they did not seem genuine about their intentions, and they do not have any iPhone batteries for the next two weeks... which is odd. read more

Please get a second opinion before they do anything. I noticed my phone was not charging so I went in and explain to them that it just wouldn't turn on. They looked at it in the back and they said my charger port or some thing was damaged and that I would need to completely replace my phone. While I was waiting the guy next to me had just gotten his phone back they had fixed his cracked screen but I guess they didn't do a good job because it wasn't working well and he was complaining to them. I decided to go to the galleria mall instead, there, the real Apple store figured out that I had just gotten a piece of lint stuck way up in the charger port and that my phone was completely fine. I had struggled for about an hour and could not get it up and running in her name. They were smart, kind, patient and highly skilled. They jumped in and got us up and running in no time. SCAMMER ALERT!!!! Don't come here beware. Went for a battery replacement on my MacBook person who works there told me that they need to run a diagnostic test that cost $65. Before entering I knew a battery replacement was $130. So I said is that going to be the price and he said the diagnostic fee will go towards the replacement and I will only have to pay the difference of $65. Okay bet sounds good to me. The associate said he will call me once the test is done and that it takes a couple of hours. Four hours later and no call, I had to call up the store and they said it's ready and the replacement is going to be $500. STFU $500 my ass. I've been to the store a few times before every time worse than the last they're much closer to me and are never busy now I know why I understand them being smaller and perhaps not having as many resources as a real apple store but they could at least try and accommodate better online it said they could change my battery for my iPhone so I go there after I made an appointment and when I arrived they tell me they do not have it so I basically wasted my time going there when I could have spent that time going to a real apple store who could do it I also needed an iPhone to be unlocked and they said they could not do it because they did not have the right software so then why are they saying they deal with apple products when clearly they can't even solve simple issues I will go to real apple stores only from now on read more

The apple stores are all way too far! This place is in a great location in Sawgrass Mall. I went to get a screen-protector for my new iPhone 6 and the one of the employees, Rebecca did a great job helping me pick out the one I wanted and put it on for me. Overall, the store has an amazing staff, good prices and I recommend going here for any of your apple related needs. read more

No apologies nor rescheduling of any kind. I checked with another Authorized Apple repair shop (PST Computers in Ft. Lauderdale) and they got me an appointment for next day. Recommended by the Apple store because my MacPro is 8 years old, I called to get a price for diagnosing my problem. I told the person answering the phone about my problem and that my machine was old.
