Stay away from this place. They installed a glass protector that refuses to stay on my phone. Receipt says exchanges only within 7 days, yet they refused to exchange it. DO NOT GO HERE Had my screen replaced here which cost me $120 when I got home noticed the 3D Touch didn't worked and went back to replace it, they replaced it and after a couple days noticed the colors were way off, it had a bluish filter all the time. Went back and replaced it. My iPhone worked perfectly before all this and after my battery don't hold charge so they probably replaced the battery with a damaged one just for me to have to go back and pay for a battery replacement also. read more

I do not recommend this service. The price level is average, the quality of work is significantly below average. The staff do not have the skills and attention to repair phones. My reason to say so 1. A little more than one month ago, I brought my Moto Z into service with a new case (I used a phone case) to change the battery. The service gave me a phone with a badly scratched back, which I immediately told the staff. 2. I noticed the same day that the camera lens was scratched. 3. After repair, the speaker phone began to rattle. The reason is that during the assembly, the display of the phone was poorly glued in the place where it touches the speaker. 4. A few days later, I noticed that the Wi-Fi in my phone stopped working. The reason - when the service changed the battery, they forgot to connect the Wi-Fi module loop. In the end, I paid money to cause me damage. read more

I can give u three reasons why not to come here and it's the three different screens I had to get replaced in two days after getting my iPhone fixed here. Each screen was defective and cheap. I decided to go to this place to fix my screen because of the good price . But obviously I got what I payed for . The people behind the counter were very nice but the screens are horrible . The LCD on the screen broke 3 times within a month and I had to pay for a new screen every time . Finally when it broke for the forth time I had to get a brand new phone and the Apple store couldn't believe how horrible the screen was . Replaced my iPhone screen after the employee told me replacing the screen would be necessary because a tiny crack would be a problem with water. What would one understand from this? Well... iPhone was not water resistant at all and when I went back... "see? It's water...". I guess it's more important to sell stuff than to give the right and complete info. I got a dead iphone, a trip to an Apple Store, a new iPhone to buy and total silence from the store after sending emails regarding this situation. Stay away. DON'T GO HERE!!! I went to them for a battery replacement for my iPhone 5s. Several things went wrong. 1) I was told the battery replacement would cost $35.00 at a Cellairis kiosk in the same mall. After I walked all the way to the main Cellairis at Sawgrass Mills, I was told the price was $50.00. After having a discussion with the sales girl and the "repair technician", they "lowered the price" to $40.00 (they said they wouldn't charge taxes but $35.00 plus tax doesn't even add up to $40.00 - but I shrugged that off since I was already annoyed). 2) After I came back to pick up the phone, I noticed the phone's battery was at 40% (I'm not an expert but if it's a new battery it should be around 50% at least). I had asked them to return my old battery to me once they replaced it with the new one. I asked for it and I was told they threw it out; the sales girl then asked the technician to fetch it from the trash can - to which he responded that the trash can was also emptied so my battery was way gone. I told them to get me another battery, so they did. 3) I walked out of the store and immediately my battery went down 3-4% (in about 1-2 minutes). So I went back to One click to run a diagnostics on my battery (as I did before going to Cellairis to replace the battery). As I thought, the battery wasn't replaced. Not only was it not replaced, they damaged the WHOLE interior on my phone and BENT my battery. Also, the battery they gave me was fake and damaged as well (had a hole in it). 4) I go back to Cellairis, furious, to demand I get my money back. They refused. I had to have them call the owner to explain everything to him - he stood there and lied to me too. Stating that the battery was replaced, when it wasn't and after offering to show me the security camera footage - and after a lot of insisting on seeing them on my part - he never showed them to me. I got my money back after about 2 hours of arguing with everybody in that place. They are scam artists. Not worth the trouble. I'm trying to spread the word of how awful this place is because I've never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life. read more
