They have an excellent variety of quality cheeses including cheeses from the British isles. Their truffle cheese are particularly excellent. Service is very professional and those working at the store are very knowledgeable about the cheeses. While upscale with a traditional ambiance, the store is also fresh and modern. There was just two of us so it was easy to share, but there is a booth for groups of 4, only downside to this is people on the outside couldn't grab from the conveyor belt and that's half the fun. They also offer an online delivery service if you're buying too much to carry home (hey cheese is heavy you know!) and a really useful 'Ask The Expert' page where you can e-mail them all things cheesy.
