I read half dozen property inspector sample reports before selecting Interlink. Their reports are clear, easy to read and very thorough. The great thing about Interlink is that Sam (Owner and Principal Inspector) made himself available on a Sunday with only a two day notice. Sam showed up early to check around the property for nearby fire hydrants, gas meter, etc and completing all the work outside before doing the inspection inside. Sam was a complete professional, great communicator, and answered all my questions during the inspection process. I highly recommend Sam. read more

Kevin did a very thorough inspection of a condo my partner and I are buying. He took the time to inspect every nook and cranny and then stayed after to discuss his findings with us. The report he emailed later was even more detailed and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend Kevin and Interlink Inspection. read more

Sam was very responsive and accommodating. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. When I got a full inspection, paid $800+, they refused to go under the crawlspace because of mice. I needed to make sure the crawlspace has been inspected before I buy the house. I told Sam about the mice situation and he clearly stated that he will be able to do the inspection without a problem. They have a suit and spray for the rodents. He was able to inspect the crawlspace alone without needing to charge me the full inspection cost. His report was delivered on time as promised and we were able to meet our inspection contingency. I will definitely use Interljnk for future home inspections and I highly recommend their service. read more

I am a first time home buyer and after calling few places, ultimately decided to work with Sam over all the others as he provided the best price. After the inspection, I am happy to say he also provided excellent services. He was very knowledgeable, flexible (scheduling wise), and very thorough. He took his time and went through all the details with me as well as make suggestions for my specific case. Even before he came over to my property, Sam had done upfront work to inform me of specific details that he saw right away that he recommended I pay attention to. When his report came on the same day as the inspection, which is the quickest turnaround from what I hear, I found the report to be very clear and helpful. I am very glad I went with Sam and I would choose him in the future as well. read more

The previous inspector that was supposed to come out from a different company made me feel very insecure and uncomfortable because i had a ton of questions . i mean this is my first home that i'm buying and of course i have a lot of questions . i saw red flags so i decided to cancel with them. I urgently needed an inspector which led me to yelp. i found a few and sent messages out. Sam with Interlink responded quickly and although this was last minute he fit us in since i told him my agent needed an inspection done due to timing and escrow etc. Sam made me feel so comfortable and he had the best customer service ! answered all of mine and my husbands questions and my husband also felt comfortable. he was very thorough with all of his results from the inspections . i came into this nervous and at the end i felt confident because sam was so detailed with his inspection . i recommend ! read more

Sam was great to work with, he is very responsive and educated on everything related to asbestos. Asbestos is not something to mess around with, you should always test anything that could appear to have asbestos, especially if you have an HOA as our have very specific regulations on demolition, asbestos testing, and abatement. Sam was able to help us with our unique situation, showed up on time, quickly tested and delivered the report 2 days later. read more

I saved a lot of money with them and got the results by email with the lab certificate and very detailed report the following day. The inspector explained what needed to be done and issued clearance/certification for the two areas without mold. For the one area that did not pass the mold test, the inspector gave me a clear list of 12 steps of how to get rid of it. Overall the services were prompt, clear, and hassle free. Seconding all the 5-star reviews here, Sam offers timely and affordable service! I contacted Sam for asbestos testing and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Did the test on Friday and received the report on Monday. (I believe the report typically comes back the next day during the week.) The quote I got from Sam is a couple hundreds lower than a number of other testing companies in the area I have called. No surprise charging on the spot, and he also gave us more insights into the asbestos testing industry on the testing day! read more

Amazing customer service! Very polite and showed true care about my wellbeing. Excellent!!!!!

REALTOR here; Sam answered my call the first time I called, made an appointment for home inspection for three days later. He then communicated through text (yay!) for appointment confirmation. He arrived at the property early, was respectful, well dressed, and knew his stuff. He was very polite and knowledgable with my buyers. Afterwards, my buyers asked me how I found him and raved about his professionalism and mannerism. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I highly recommend this company. I called Sam to perform an asbestos test. Based on the raving reviews on yelp, I expected Sam to be knowledgeable and professional. However, he surpassed my highest expectations. He is more than knowledgeable. He takes time to pass along his knowledge and experience to teach homeowners what to look out for and how to better protect ourselves. Better than professional service, he is relational and empathetic. He treated my family as if we were his family, and we are complete strangers! You don't come across people like Sam very much anymore. He took 5 tests and assured us that we will get the results in a few days. I am not out of the danger zone until I get my report but I already feel better. If you want a fair honest tester for any household issue, this is the company that I recommend. read more

Sam is great and honest person. He came to test asbestos and mold and gave me honest opinion on fixing the mold problem. I earlier called in mold remediation companies and they slammed with major work and hefty price which doesn't seem to be needed after I talked with Sam. I have popcorn ceiling in my bedroom and I wanted to get it removed. My parents had a company come to do the removal but they cannot remove it without making sure there isn't any asbestos. We had no idea what that was and researched a few companies that they recommended but they were too expensive. I decided to look on yelp and came across interlink inspection company. Usually I would not write a yelp review about something like this but we were extremely happy with their service. They gave me the most affordable price for the asbestos testing. It was a really simple process. They came in and took a piece of the popcorn ceiling and then about a week later I got an email with full results. We were very happy with the service so I thought the best way to show them how thankful I was with their service is by giving a positive review! Thanks again!! Ps: the results were negative for asbestos and I am currently in the process of having a clean ceiling for once! :D read more
