At this point, it feels less like an occasional maintenance issue and more like a recurring problem that management has chosen not to fix. Customers should not have to leave the store to find a restroom while shopping. Providing clean, accessible restrooms is a basic expectation for any retail business. If the restrooms are constantly unavailable, management should be transparent about why and take the necessary steps to permanently resolve the issue. In truth, my experience went well! I arrived on a Friday evening about 30 minutes before closing. The store was busy with a long check out line. To my surprise, my online order was not available in the designated pick up shelf but I could see the large poster frame I ordered behind the cashier counter with my name on it. I took my place in the long line but quite quickly two other associates came to the counter to assist the customers. I was soon given my order and was pleased with the service I received. I could see that the associates were quickly trying to assist the evening crowd and I appreciated their efforts. The frame is perfect and my poster looks superb! There is plenty of parking here too.
