Store-We walked in to the Kohler store in Cherry Creek after looking at a store that had too many companies represented and not enough product to look at. We felt more at home in the Kohler store that was neatly laid out, clean, easy to understand and BEAUTIFUL. 2. Product- We ordered product for 4 bathrooms. Getting items for 4 bathrooms is no small feat-sometimes things ordered arrive from the manufacturer in the wrong box or faulty but see below to see how this was addressed! (as can happen when ordering toilets, sinks, faucets, towel bars, tile, etc) 3. Katie Gutknecht-We did not have an appointment, but LUCKED into getting Katie as our Design Consultant. Katie was the most thorough, kind, and easy to work with consultant EVER. She helped us pick out everything in record time, answered tons of questions, and arranged immediate speediness of returns when we had made a mistake or the manufacturer had made a mistake. Remodeling a bathroom is crazy, remodeling four bathrooms and your home at the same time is over the top. Katie made the bathroom part easy for us. Without hesitation, I would always pick Katie to help me! Thank you Katie!

We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.

It was like she could read our minds and showed us things that worked perfectly with our vision. She was with us every step of the way from picking out cabinet colors and styles to being at our house for delivery and installation of our countertops. Make sure when you call to ask for Zane!

The salespeople have been nice, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of nearly everything they sell. Don't let the glamorous showroom fool you. I do know someone on the inside, and all they do is slap their name on sh*t furniture and up-charge you. This place sucks. P.S. Their lighting products are absolute SH*T!!! If you buy them, consider yourself warned!!!

This store is bigger than our local Portland storm however the layout of most RH stores are quite the same. The differences are in size, which will determine how much is on display. And checking out the furniture is why we are there. It's pretty hard to buy expensive furniture without seeing or touching it. Overall the staff is great! We met one of the Associate Leaders, Msurtor-Agbidye. She was one of the most pleasant and nicest people in the store. She made me want to make Denver my home store. During my entire visit 99% of the team was great! One of the team members rudely interrupted us while talking about a sofa, however designer we were talking with quickly recovered and apologized for the behavior. Kindergarten rules of life, please, excuse me and thank you must apply especially at this level of sales. Overall it's a great store to check out. Go touch, sit and play on some exceptional furniture.

We had an outstanding experience with A2Z Builders and our project manager, Noam Bar-On…read more They transformed the unfinished portion of our basement -- which previously had bare concrete floors, an awkward HVAC unit hanging in the middle of the ceiling (that I constantly bumped my head on), and a poorly defined utility area -- into a thoughtfully designed, highly functional space. What was once an uncomfortable, underutilized area is now a beautiful basement with a dedicated office, a workout space, and a much better-sized, well-organized utility room. In addition, they replaced all of our carpet with hardwood floors throughout the main level, and the results are amazing. The craftsmanship and finish quality exceeded our expectations -- the house feels completely elevated and refreshed. Noam was exceptional throughout the entire process. He worked closely with me on the overall design, offered smart and practical solutions, and truly understood what we were trying to accomplish. He came by daily to make sure every detail was executed correctly and was always attentive, responsive, and proactive. His hands-on approach gave us a lot of confidence that the project would turn out right -- and it absolutely did. I can't say enough good things about Noam and the A2Z team. If you're looking for a contractor who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the final result with a great value, I highly recommend them.

Then we decided to get a digital rendering of the porch which came out great, but came with a price of over $1k in addition to the initial Estimate which was over 40k. Some time went by and we heard very minimal about the project between March and August. I decided to do a review on yelp to motivate the company to do something with our project. I received a phone call from the PM about how this affects their business. I agreed that I would remove that review and add a review at the end. Our understanding was that there would be quality control and communication weekly along the way however; this was not the case. There were days where the painter and foundation person came when they said they would and other times they didn't. A couple of times I would go out and look and tell the construction worker that the quality was not acceptable. This occurred on more than one occasion. I called the PM to tell him that this was the problem. It got fixed and we ended up with a beautiful porch in Mid November with a total of $45k spent. If you have the time and money to spend to guide this project the exact way that you want then yes, otherwise; I would recommend a different company.
