Store-We walked in to the Kohler store in Cherry Creek after looking at a store that had too many companies represented and not enough product to look at. We felt more at home in the Kohler store that was neatly laid out, clean, easy to understand and BEAUTIFUL. 2. Product- We ordered product for 4 bathrooms. Getting items for 4 bathrooms is no small feat-sometimes things ordered arrive from the manufacturer in the wrong box or faulty but see below to see how this was addressed! (as can happen when ordering toilets, sinks, faucets, towel bars, tile, etc) 3. Katie Gutknecht-We did not have an appointment, but LUCKED into getting Katie as our Design Consultant. Katie was the most thorough, kind, and easy to work with consultant EVER. She helped us pick out everything in record time, answered tons of questions, and arranged immediate speediness of returns when we had made a mistake or the manufacturer had made a mistake. Remodeling a bathroom is crazy, remodeling four bathrooms and your home at the same time is over the top. Katie made the bathroom part easy for us. Without hesitation, I would always pick Katie to help me! Thank you Katie!

Needed to replace two Kohler Kitchen Faucets and we found what we wanted with our sales associate in 10 minutes. This showroom also has toilets, flooring, cabinetry, kitchen and bath hardware etc. All really beautiful and shown in a nice way. You need the Numi 2.0 .....trust me!

We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.

During my entire visit 99% of the team was great! One of the team members rudely interrupted us while talking about a sofa, however designer we were talking with quickly recovered and apologized for the behavior. Kindergarten rules of life, please, excuse me and thank you must apply especially at this level of sales. Overall it's a great store to check out. We just moved into a new space and needed some help designing the space without breaking the bank on an expensive design firm. We went to this west elm for an hour to speak to a designer who would help us develop a mood board and do a quick 3D mock up of the space using west elm's website features. We really appreciated the help designing, though our designed was newer and a young student, so although it was helpful, I would definitely value the experience as a free service. I would highly recommend trying the design services. And walking around the store itself gives you a ton of inspiration on how to set up your space at home

West Elm used to be a go-to place to shop for style and quality; however, the quality in recent years has proven to be less durable and lower quality than discount stores such as Amazon and Target but still triple the cost. It's sad to see a company decline so drastically.

He did a great job installing the tile, and even went above and beyond when some floor tile needed to be removed from one area and added to another area to accommodate a vanity with less depth than the previous one. Installing all the new bathroom components, including a new toilet, vanity, tub, shower hardware and light figure were all done to perfection. Gabriel was very professional, clean and neat, stuck to the budget, and provided all receipts for the out of pocket items he purchased. As well, he was great at working with me to help make decisions when I wasn't sure what to do on certain things.
