I brought him a Pendleton blanket to incorporate with leather for a new bench seat, giving a nod to the 70s while still keeping a luxury feel. Together they collaborated with me to design an entirely new look that exceeded my expectations. The result is simply stunning--Ed is a true artist who has perfected his craft. He had a wide variety of leathers to choose from, and I ended up going with a gorgeous Mercedes leather. The transformation is night and day compared to the old, ratty seat cover I had before. On top of that, my truck didn't even have carpet, and they custom-made a carpet that fits perfectly and pulls the whole interior together. Every detail is thoughtfully done, and the quality is second to none. It could not look better (including the material and color they recommended. When the job was done and paid for, I asked if there was a way to unwarp the shelf (it was already like that). And so they figured out a way to do just that. I came back in a second time a few days later because there was one small area left that only my eyes could see from the front seat, and Dan spent some additional time getting it absolutely perfect. I also noticed that they have an absolutely enormous inventory of fabrics and upholstery and work on everything from custom car seats to recliners and even wheelchairs. I wound up with just the right piece of foam at the right size for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing custom work, they are genuinely concerned about meeting their customers' needs, whether they have big or small projects like mine.

The "repair" that was supposed to be done to my seat was pathetically bad and yet i was charged $3000 dollars for this. And no receipt was offered. And to add insult to injury they incorrectly hooked up my video system despite my telling them to leave it alone and i would make the connection myself. This action they took caused my entire system to burn up and Moe came outside and was yanking wires apart in an attempt to stop the damage. The cost to repair my video/stereo system was close to $4000 dollars! My experience here cost me almost $7000 dollars and then another $800 to have another shop do a correct repair to my seat. Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had with any business in my entire life. I would be very happy to see Moe and this business go out of business!

DISAPPOINTED - I really wanted to feel good about David's service, but I was super disappointed. I…read moreselected the full interior and exterior detail package for over $550, and when I arrived to pick up my car, it didn't look any better than if it had just been washed and vacuumed at a regular car wash. I felt bad asking the gal at the front desk if she wouldn't mind having the detailers go over a few more areas so it would look a little better, and she was kind enough to do so -- but it was still subpar. I didn't want to make too big of a deal about the situation, so I left. However, when I pulled over into a parking lot to look over the "details" on my car, I noticed many more things that weren't clean. Several areas hadn't been vacuumed, the tops and edges of the windows were still dirty, the wheel wells and side rails hadn't been touched, and the cover for my cup holder had some kind of dirt or dried cleaner all over the wood (which wasn't there before I dropped it off). The paint still had a rough finish -- they were supposed to clay bar it, but I don't think that happened, because whenever I clay bar my car it's perfectly smooth afterward. Even worse, they had sprayed so much water into my center console that there were puddles throughout the entire compartment, including on the battery at the bottom. Whatever solution they used on my interior dash caused a permanent defect on the plastic surrounding my gear shift. I did not receive a full detail by any stretch -- and in some cases, my car was worse than when I dropped it off. I rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but I tried contacting David via phone and email 5-6 times and never heard back from him. He had one of his employees call me to leave a message, but even after I specifically asked several times for him to contact me personally, he never did. In my messages, I asked for a partial refund (as that seemed fair given the situation), but he never responded to that request either. His employee eventually left a message saying I could bring my car back and they would detail it again, but after this experience, I'm not comfortable leaving my car there. I wish David had cared enough to contact me directly -- ignoring my voicemails and emails is just bad business, in my opinion.
