When they quote you without even looking through an open door, that's when you know they have too much work to give you a fair shake. Sure was a pretty building though!

My car has been suffering from internal leaking, everything (floorboards, seats, etc) was perpetually damp, starting to get musky, molding and unsafe to drive in. I took my car to Sunmark and Dave couldn't have been more helpful. He was upfront, gave me a full rundown of what the plan was, gave me fair pricing, and was true to his word with the plan. He even went the extra mile and fixed a minor issue with my trunk another autoshop was going overcharge me for. I am stunned with the results. I feel like I have a brand new car. Their attention to detail is outstanding and meticulous. I am so glad I found this place. I will be sending everyone I know here. I couldn't be happier with the work they provided. Thank you so much, Dave and crew.

We have a now-unusual well-made armchair with wooden legs -- and unexpectedly to all, it reclines! You just can't find pieces like this, and certainly not at affordable prices anymore. So when it became ripped up over the years, we knew we wanted to keep it. I spent HOURS reading reviews to find a local place to trust with reupholstering it. Although I saw that this business seemed to focus on cars and boats, the reviews were excellent, and the pieces of furniture impressive. When I went to look at fabric options (warning: it's a bit hard to find, and you might wonder if you're in the right spot: you are), In couldn't believe the available inventory. The owner kept bringing us fabric books and helpfully explaining about quality, prices, etc. We found a pattern we liked, and the quality is excellent (UV, stain, and tear resistant). We also saw some amazing ongoing upholstery projects in the shop, so we felt confident we were in good hands. Sure enough, within just a few weeks, our chair was ready and looks like new. We're so happy with new padding, attention to detail and quality of the work. They even threw in a free tuxedo cat! (Just kidding, that's Alex.) We keep meaning (and forgetting) to bring two little stools to be matched. But have no doubt: anything we need (re)upholstered, we're coming here.

The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated.
