As a frustrated owner of an older home, I have been experiencing the crazy, crazy cost of high energy bills from an older out of date HVAC system. My first thought was to buy a system that was larger with multiple speeds offering the highest SEER rating in hopes of bringing those bills down to normal. To make a long story short, I ordered the wrong system and ended up having to buy a second system that actually fit my space and current construct. AG came in, gave recommendations and replaced that old system with the new system as requested. AG went above and beyond to ensure that I was up and running as soon as possible. They missed the original appointment time and only showed up after I called to follow up. Even then, the technician arrived over an hour past the updated ETA. What made things worse is that when the technician finally arrived, he reassessed the issue despite already having diagnosed it previously and then explained the problems again as if it were all new. After all that waiting, he told me he couldn't do the repair until the next day. Ironically, when I had suggested that exact day during the assessment, I was told it wasn't possible. The lack of communication, delays, and disorganization made this a very disappointing experience. I understand that things come up, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.

I called to schedule maintenance, but after scheduling the appointment, I realized my upstairs unit wasn't working. In fact, instead of cooling, my bedroom was getting hotter. He came through as scheduled, conducted diagnostic tests on both of my units, and unfortunately gave me the bad news. He presented some options, and both were costly, but what can you do? The invoice broke down everything he had presented. We decided on a way ahead and scheduled the fix for the coming days. On the day of service, he arrived early and got to work. It took him a little over 4 hours and he explained what he was doing along the way. I'm back in service! Today is expected to be a 90-degree day, it's right on time. I already feel the difference and am looking forward to a reduced electric bill (based on some of his explanations). I'll continue to use his services going forward.
