Our son was recently diagnosed with autism level 3 and is…read morenonverbal, but we began speech therapy with Ruaa months before his diagnosis and having her has been great! Ruaa is incredibly sweet, patient, and intuitive. Our son takes a long time to warm up to people, but she never rushed him or pushed past his comfort level. Because of that, he has built a beautiful connection with her. He now grabs her hand to help him open cabinets, and feels safe enough to make strong eye contact with her while she's working with him on identifying toys and engaging in play. Those moments may seem small to some, but for us they are huge milestones and they speak volumes about Ruaa's ability to truly connect with children where they are. She meets our son with so much compassion and respect, and it shows in the progress he's making. If you're looking for a speech therapist who is not only skilled but genuinely cares, Ruaa is someone I cannot recommend enough.

Every staff member we encountered showed the same level of compassion and understanding. Navigating care for autism can often feel overwhelming, but the team here made it feel manageable and even reassuring. They took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that we felt heard every step of the way. The doctor was equally outstanding--patient, knowledgeable, and deeply empathetic. Rather than rushing through the appointment, they made a real effort to connect, explain things clearly, and provide thoughtful guidance tailored to our needs. What stood out the most was the consistency across the entire center. From front desk to clinical care, everyone worked together seamlessly with a shared sense of purpose: to support and uplift. It truly felt like we were surrounded by people who not only understood autism but genuinely cared about the individuals and families they serve.
