Dan is fantastic! Not only is he responsive, he honors the customer's requests. For example, I needed a new hard drive for an old machine and wanted to continue using Windows 7. Instead of lecturing me, he told me about some of the disadvantages I might encounter and was totally willing to support me. He also installed his own personal script that does back ups for me. My desktop now has a brand new hard drive (I bought exactly what he recommended) and no longer has disk errors --- and he did it all on the same day! I rarely do reviews but this is a few weeks past due.. Dan is unbelievably talented with finding what the problem is. After having spectrum here four times changing router changing modem etc our Wi-Fi and network was horrible . We are in main location in downtown Carlsbad so there should be no issues ... he figured it out in ten minutes !! Told us what Wi-Fi router to get on Amazon and we have not lost our connection one time since he changed it. Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly, & fast but what I liked about him the most is that he is honest. The keyboard on my daughter's laptop needed to be replaced so I took it to him & not even 20 mins later, he called me & told me he can fix it but because of the way the keyboard was assembled, it might not be worth fixing due to the value of the laptop. He could have fixed it & made money but instead, he acted on my best interest. Went back to his place & got the laptop back, free of charge.
