They made me comfortable starting day one when I walked (hobbled) into the door. I had a total hip replacement and they worked with me on the goals I wanted to achieve. My brother tore both ligaments in both knees due to a fall and had to have them surgically repaired which left his legs unable to bend without therapy. Our goal is to get full range of motion back. This will be a difficult journey but we intend with the help of his Therapist to get back to normal activities. I will update as time goes by but we are off to a great start.

You need rehab? Go to these guys…read more One year after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries and I've spent the morning enjoying a hike in Spicewood Valley Trail. This would not have happened without the care, education, and attention given to me by Round Rock Rehab before and after surgery. My appointments with Matt began several weeks before surgery, building up strength in preparation--and if your surgeon hasn't recommended doing this, ask them about it. He spent a lot of time with me during our appointments and helped me to understand why and how I should be continuing to train in between our sessions. After the surgery, we picked up right where we left off -- and it felt like I was able to do more, more quickly, because of that prep time. Matt very patiently walked me through not just an escalating set of strength exercises but a wide variety of exercises that built up and supported full-body strength development and health. If I reached a plateau, he worked me to find a path forward that got me gaining strength again. If I had experienced irritation or pushed myself too far, he sorted me right out with rest and a mini-treatment plan. No matter where I was in my recovery cycle, he was right there with me. And if Matt was out for a time, I got the same high-quality support from Brad and Michelle. ...and the entire team of assistants! Mike and Serena and...well, just everyone made me feel like I wasn't just someone coming in...I was part of an extended family where everyone's purpose was to help me recover. Once my sessions were complete, I was sent off with a plan--and tons of information--for how to continue getting stronger.  I can't say enough about this team. The next visit they just put me on a bike with no introduction on who they were (that they were the one I would be seeing instead of the PT) and what we were doing. They were so apathetic about what I was doing, and again, with zero conversation or explanation. There was another woman who had recently had knee surgery. They put her on some machine and left her there--not paying attention to form at all. The Assistants (??) were having very animated conversations over all of our heads... Honestly, I could have just watched videos on YouTube and learned more about what I needed to improve my situation. That is what I did. I let them know my concerns. The management did not seem to be concerned either. I was very disappointed.

While I would love to give a more positive review, my experience with ATI billing has been…read morehorrendous and this impacts my overall experience. When I attended my first session I provided my FSA card so that my account could be billed with each visit. My card was charged ($10) for the most part on each visit except for one visit apparently. While I had a pretty good experience with the trainers I worked with, I didn't feel my knee was recovering well enough so I cancelled the last 2 sessions that were scheduled. I then began receiving bills from ATI indicating I owed different amounts. At one point it was $30, then $40 and the last bills they sent me were $50. When I looked at my FSA card history, I could tie 4 of the charges to the dates they said I did not pay. I attempted to call the billing number on several occasions but could never get a live person to answer the call so I could rectify the matter. I then called the Leander location to let them know I was trying to reach billing. The person I spoke with confirmed the phone number to call and also took down my info to have Billing call me back. I had no contact from anyone in Billing. After 2 more billing letters from ATI, I went in to the Leander location in person to explain the issue and showed the front desk person my FSA card statement showing the payments I made. The person took down my info and said she would contact the billing dept and would personally call me back one way or another that day to let me know status. I received no call from the front desk person nor the billing dept. Today I received a letter from a collections firm regarding the bill. I am totally pissed that it has come to this when I have done everything to try to connect with someone and resolve THEIR billing error. If I had missed a payment along the way, why wouldn't someone alert me at each visit? I could have resolved this right then and thereby pulling up my FSA card history to address the matter. Now I have to fight this collections situation and I will never recommend ATI Therapy. (crossposting on other review sites and social media)
