I believe the employees should help customers. They work here, yet I was expected to handle everything on my own. Honestly, the customer service was terrible, and I will never return to this location. I frequently use shipping services, but I do not recommend this location at all. It is the worst one I have ever visited. Employees at other locations have been very helpful, but the service here was awful.

Every single time. I come here frequently and have encountered 4 different employees- all of them so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Come Christmas time 2022 and the days after I come in and the place is clearly a mess - apparently there are currently only 2 employees (David- the perfect employee and the manager I believe) left at this location and given the hours of the store and the busy season of the holidays I can't imagine how ragged they're being run. I hope both of these people stay - they're amazing. But surely they deserve some help and I hope they get it soon! If either of these two leave this location I highly doubt they'll be able to replace all the employees with people as great as the current ones. UPDATE:**** They've since onboarded at least 2 employees and everyone looks well rested and back to their full awesomeness. :)
