The outside of the box was damaged so was handled roughly, very few air bags were at the bottom of the box there were only 3 with 21 at the top. Very unpleasant experience (we have pictures). I added the estimate from your store for 10 pounds and you packing it on your webpage and am attaching screen shot in one picture below. It would have been 61 dollars for 2-day air but this was sent ground.
