The rep didn't tell me about the $35 transfer fee. Needed help getting the app to work- had to change password 8 times and then rep handed me the phone and said one more time would lock me out. Needed to change to Verizon for internet, now being charged $60 for service being advertised for $35. Had to wait two weeks without home internet to get it connected for $100. This Wareham store is a Verizon direct store, the one in Plymouth is a subcontractor and appears much more able to troubleshoot. Unfortunately if you work with the Wareham store they won't touch your phone. Avoid Verizon if you can , if you have to work with them be careful. read more

Went in to purchase a new Ipad for school and the service was great. The salesman was training a new associate and was able to answer all questions and finish my transaction with no problems. The fact they put my screen protector on for free with no imperfections was great. Very happy with my service while at this location. read more

I live in town about 2 miles from Wareham Crossing. I have my cell, tablet and Fios for my home all with Verizon. I have gone in the Wareham location at least 6 times and never once have I been a satisfied customer. Today was it!!! I will never go there again!! My screen protector got cracked and read on line they have lifetime warranty within reason. I got my new phone March 1 2024 and thought the protector should last longer than 4 months. The employee at the Wareham store said I had to go back to the Fairhaven store because I did not buy the phone in Wareham. I thought Verizon service was available at all locations but not Wareham Ma, as all the employees were standing around doing nothing... So I did go back to Fairhaven store and protector was replaced no hastle. I give Verizon Fairhaven Ma 5 stars!! read more

I recently switched to Verizon and have been having a hard time with the port process from my previous carrier. It's basically impossible to get through to a human when you are calling Verizon. I had selected the Wareham, MA location to drop off my old phones for trade in, so I went to the location to see if they could help me. Employee Dan was a pleasure to work with. He knew I was frustrated- he spent over an hour with me trying to help and got the numbers transferred over for 3 phones for me- everything seemed successful but 2 days later I was still having issues with text messages on 2 of my lines. Went back in, Dan saw me and immediately knew who I was and came over to see what was wrong. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone with Verizon troubleshooting my issue and got it resolved- something I never could've done on my own. Huge thanks to an employee who cared about my issue and could not have been more patient with me. read more

This store is the worst. Ive had 5 phone numbers since the early 90's. Service has been ok since i moved to Wareham. The people working there are useless. They are rude and ignorant or lazy or stupid. The last time i went i asked them to activate a phone for me. They said they couldnt and they spent 10 minutes looking for a number for me to call.. I went to the falmouth store and they took care of everything in 5 minutes. Verizon should just shut that store down and save customers time and money going there read more

Horrible Don't bother to stop in. You wont get a solution with your issue and may be told GOOD LUCK like I was instead of helping me. Drive to Dartmouth or Hyannis location. I find them to be somewhat more helpful. I even watched a man about 80 or so try to use a machine to pay his bill and the salesman be so rude. No one deserves this with the price we all pay for cell service. The older man helped me and was not even trying to do anything to resolve the issue. read more

You have a fast talker salesperson at the Wareham store. My husband and I bought 2 iPhones and he received money for his old IPhone. The salesperson stated, " you can buy a mini iPad for $80.00 and with all discounts your bill will be $10.00 per month more than what I was paying. We received a $130.00 credit. The 1st month our cell phone bill was low then the next month was over $300.00. I called verizon wireless and told me it would be about 190.00. To find out the mini IPAD is on a contract which I didn't want. The verizon wireless told me there has been complaints about this business practice. My cell phone bill is $201 for the next 2 years which includes the mini iPad on a 2 year contract. I am not happy with this store. I am stuck for 2 years. read more

I just thought that I would take a few minutes out of my day to let other consumers know that you must be able to find any place with better customer service than this store. These people are, as others suggest, horrible. I stopped by this store while in the area shopping at Wareham Crossing. I had a question about replacing the protective screen on my Samsung phone which I had purchased at another Verizon location. At first, they ignored me and then they were rude. One of the men at the desk was on his personal cell phone texting and was obviously annoyed that I was standing there waiting for him to address me. I finally gave up on this disinterested employee and looked at the next one. He made a feeble effort, which was more than the first employee did, but was evidently not concerned about my question. I was dismissed with a "we can't help you with this." It was a simple protective screen. Nobody was expecting Verizon to split atoms.The only way they could have been less interested would have been if neither of them could fog a mirror. I have been a customer of Verizon, in all of its forms, for many years. I expected much more from a company that spends so much money advertising and promoting its services and products. Perhaps they should save some of this money and invest it n hiring and training better and more engaged employees. Don't waste your time at this store. read more
