Talk about excellent customer service - Ty & the rest of the guys were incredible! The communication I had with them was outstanding. I always knew what was going on and Ty was extremely responsive at all hours of the day/night. I needed an electric driveway gate installed and a matching pedestrian gate on the other side of the house. I had some very specific/ unusual request from their typical instal and these guys were able to fulfill them without hesitation. They found creative solutions to structural challenges the project presented and made sure I was satisfied at each step of the process. I had 2 custom gates built and I am so impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship! I could not be happier with their work. From my initial call to the finished product took about 4 weeks. That timeline is on me as I took some time before making a final decision to move forward. When I did decide, I was out of town the week they could have started. Otherwise, it would have been completed in 2 weeks- for 2 custom built gates! I received 4 different bids from local companies and Integrity fell into the middle of the estimates. I didn't choose them on price alone. They were the company that seemed most flexible and willing to accommodate my requests. I have had multiple issues with the pedestrian gate Integrity Automatic Gates installed from 3 weeks after to present. initially I asked them to repair it and they obliged and provided what turned out to be a temporary solution. When it malfunctioned again, I called multipke times over the course of a month and they did not respond until about a month later after I escalated to a manager. Following that, they did not show multiple times after promising to. I finally resorted to a locksmith who found that the way they'd installed the gate was the issue and the brand of lock (Lockey) they installed was infamous for breaking. I am now in search of another gate company to remove and completely replace the gate and the portion of the fence it's seated in due to Integrity Automatic Gates' shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Buyer beware! read more

Cannot recommend this company enough. Austin is notorious for having the 3U's (unresponsive unprofessional uneducated) Contractors. Integrity is the exact opposite. Highly professional, responsive and experts in their field. When my solar gate opener stopped working I called three different companies, 1 never returned my call, the 2nd told me I had to replace the unit with a directly wired one and #3 Tom at Integrity came out the same day, fixed it within 1 hr and at half the price that I thought it would be. This was the single best customer service experience I have ever had. For three days I had a non-functional gate that I was opening by hand. I called the installer multiple times as well as two other businesses with no response. I found this team on the Internet and almost did not believe, the perfect high quality of their reviews. I can completely confirm their quality, efficiency and cost. I called this morning and was on the phone with a technician within 20 minutes. Within an hour the technician Tal was at my home. He correctly diagnosed a circuit board issue and was very educational about how he confirmed this. He took the board to their shop to repair right away. They fixed it that day. He returned at 5 PM to complete the repair and ensured it was working properly. I am literally looking for other excuses to use this company for more work. I have contacted every contractor I know and told them to prioritize this company if they ever need this service. This is literally the only company you need for gate service and repair. We recently moved into a new home, that had a manual gate, but there was a gate opener mounted nearby. After a few weeks of opening and closing, and opening and closing, and opening and closing the gate by hand, we decided to investigate just what was going on with that hunk of machinery off to the side. I searched for someone to help, and Integrity came up on Yelp. I thought we'd give them a try. Boy are we glad we did! We set an appointment with Tal for a quick estimate of what was going on. Tal and Tom arrived and are super friendly and serious about gates! They quickly removed the cover of the motor, assessed what was going on, and explained everything as they were working. Since neither of us new homeowners knew anything about gates, it was great to gain some knowledge. Tal told us the situation with our gate, and quoted us a reasonable price for the work that included a new remote system, and a new arm that opens the gate. He also explained his warranty for his work, and gave us options to replace as well. It was a great interaction, and I figured he and Tom would have to come back to complete the work later on. NOPE! Tal and Tom immediately got to work! Pulled out a welding kit from their truck and fixed, balanced, leveled and programmed our gate in an hour, ON THE SPOT! Tal and Tom's level of customer service and their obvious dedication to their work and our satisfaction makes this a no-brainer. I called twice to have a technician come to my house for a repair estimate. When I called both times, my number was taken and I was told a tech would call to schedule. I have yet to hear from them. The first call was on July 22nd and the second was on August 4th. On the second call there was no apology or reason given. After my bad review I was called by the owner Tom. He did everything in his power to make it right...including giving me his personal cell phone. Unfortunately the repairs were too costly for me to have completed at this time so this review will only cover customer service. read more

I was a little skeptical of a business with a 5.0 average out of 13 reviews, but they just earned 5 stars on review #14 as well. I called this afternoon after my outside keypad failed completely. The office picked up the phone promptly, and a technician called me back as promised within an hour or two. He was here the same afternoon, confirmed my amateur diagnosis and presented possible solutions. We didn't just solve the immediate problem, but, for $200 more, cleaned up some outstanding "technical debt" accrued over the years with other vendors, eliminating a mismatch collection of receivers and hardware from different vendors installed with varying degrees of finesse and instead left with a clean, orderly, hassle-free solution. (And with no attempt to upsell! I asked the question about what it would take to clean up the mess while working on that area anyway.) He got parts, and was back the same afternoon, finished quickly, walked me through everything, and was out the door with more problems solved than I originally called about for exactly the amount I was quoted. If you are looking for any type of gate work or repair, then stop looking as you have found a gem in Integrity and its two owners/managers Tom and Tal. If you look up Customer Service in the dictionary, you will see their picture and Integrity Automatic Gates under synonyms. My gate was acting up on a Friday. I called my usual company who always tells us they are a month out for calls (I wonder why I ever used them; won't anymore). They told me they were 45 days out for appointments!!! So, I looked around and found Integrity. I called and left a message at 10:30 a.m. on a Friday. At 11:00 a.m. my phone rings and it is Tal from Integrity. Friendly, professional, he listens to my gate issues and then says "hey, I'm just finishing up a job not far from you, can I come by at 12:30 to check it out???" So to be clear, I called at 10:30 a.m and he is at my house at 12:30??? What the what??? Then, in the meantime, at 11:30 a.m. Tom calls me and says he just wants to make sure that someone had returned my 10:30 call. I'm like "who are you people and when did I suddenly get transported back to 1950 when service people called you back and showed up on time and were polite and professional???" So Tal comes out, great nice young guy. He checks out the gate and tells me what he thinks the problem is. He gives me repair options and gives me his recommendation. Then to confirm to me that his diagnosis is correct he has me run a couple of tests and shows me how to test if that is the problem. Spoiler alert: Tal was right. Then, when I ask him when he can come and make the repairs, which included saw cutting a new sensor into the driveway, he says how about Monday or Tuesday next week (this was Friday!!!). What???? So, I called Friday and they have diagnosed it and offered repairs on Monday or Tuesday!!! They quote me a fair price, all in with parts and labor etc. They tell me they will be there at 12 noon and it will take 2 or 3 hours. Guess what? they showed up at 12 noon (after sending me a confirmatory text reminding me), they worked for 2 or 3 hours and at the end, the price was to the penny what they quoted. Oh and they took all their stuff with them and you would not have known they were even there, i.e. they did not dump their extra materials onto my lawn or drains. And one final thing: the repairs worked and my gate is like brand new. I know that it is easy to get cynical and jaded about the crap service we have all gotten used to by 2022. if you can find a service provider, they are in many cases unavailable, unqualified and unreliable. Yes, there are good ones and when you find them, you treat them like precious gems. Integrity is the crown jewels of service providers. They are so good I want to go break my gate on purpose just to experience great service again!!! I told Tom that working with him and Tal and Integrity is like flying First Class on Emirates Airlines. It's great when you do it, but it ruins all your other airline experiences. Seriously, Tom and Tal - you guys rock!!!! I only hope that they decide to branch out to do all other kinds of work i.e. electrical, plumbing, construction, remodeling, etc. They would have to clone themselves to handle all the business they would have. So, in conclusion, if you have gate issues of any kind - new or old and you don't use Integrity??? well, you deserve what you get because you have no excuse now. read more

We have a ranch with a 35 year old main gate and two newer interior gates. One of the gates is (was) always having issues. A prominent gate company kept putting bandaids on the problem, charging us each time they came out to fix one problem or another. Tom, from Integrity Gate came out and immediately identified that a 'Jerry-rigged' solution was overloading the control board. He suggested we discontinue the 'loop' ground censors and just use a $35 wireless gate opener. He said he could install a more expensive solution, but it was overkill. For our main gate he recommended we eliminate our land line and go to Cellgate. For $6,000 we got a new entry system that works so well! No more service calls every 3 months that we're adding up to several thousand dollars per year and a lot of frustration. Tom was our tech. He knows gates and he has "integrity". Hence the name of the company? He recommended only what we needed and nothing more. We couldn't be happier. read more

Tal responded to my quote request in less than an hour (on a Saturday) and was able to fit me into the schedule two days later. He provided me a number of options for fixing my gate (unlike the other gate companies who just immediately told me a needed a new system with all the bells and whistles). I did end up getting a new system but it was my choice and he did not try to sway me one way or the other. He had the system in stock and installed it the next day. He and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Tal then followed up to make sure everything was working and came back to my house to program my car at no extra charge for the extra visit (the car was not at my house the day he installed the gate). Wow! This company is so responsive. I called yesterday morning in a panic about a motorized gate repair. They were out at the property looking at what needed to be fixed with an hour or so later. Tal was extremely kind and intelligent explaining to me why my gate wasn't functioning properly. He took the circuit board back to his shop and worked on it. Within 24 hours, it was back up and running again. I wish I had Integrity to do the initial install years ago. But, they will be my go to for security gates in the future! read more

I have a very old automatic opener on my 1950s bungalow. When it stopped working, I tried to fix it by replacing the battery--admittedly, that is the full extent of my capabilities. When the gate didn't budge, I called Integrity because of their great reviews. I was a bit skeptical of their high ratings because.....well..... what company is really that good? Tom proved to me why they have the good reviews. He was prompt and quickly fixed the problem I had with my gate. I thought he was finished, but then he took extra time to look over everything else and make sure all components were in good working order. He also instructed me on what to do the next time my gate doesn't open. I was prepared to hear a sales pitch on why I should ditch my old gate opener and have them install the latest, greatest, expensive new component. But I got nothing like that. In fact, Tom told me that my old opener is a workhorse (even if there's nothing sexy about it, ha!). Finally, when it came time to pay, I couldn't have been more pleased with the price. I have a 21 year old Apollo security gate at the end of my residential driveway, which just gave up. I'm handy enough (engineer) to have solved earlier problems (dead battery, failed charger, etc), but this one stumped me. I called the original installer and they wanted $140 to just stop by and look, without asking any questions asking about the problem (and asked me to share bank information too to set up an account - good grief). Instead I looked up reviews for other local vendors, and Integrity had great reviews. I called, the customer service rep took my information, and Tom, the technician, called me back within an hour. We discussed the problem at length, and he scheduled time the next day to come and see it. He called me 20 minutes before he arrived, and went straight to work diagnosing the problem. He fiddled with the control board briefly, and the gate came back to life. Tom asked NOT to be paid, because he didn't feel like he'd done much (I insisted, and did pay him for the service call, because nobody's time should be free), and he was gracious in accepting it and suggested options in the future should the controller fail again (it's near the end of its service life).
