In a very short time like the next week, the gas kid would not close and then the same day, the car would not go into park. I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! I Took it back to the and they said it was our fault and we must've accidentally touched a button that caused this problem from slipping from automatic to manual. We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. Then I wanted to trade for another vehicle of which it took forever to get any kind of value for this car I just purchased from them not too long before. Yes I lost everything with my trade in car and MORE! If you are deciding to go to this place of business, I'd be very very skeptical and be very aware of what you are getting into. I do not recommend this place to anyone. .

    I booked my appointment online, was offered two different time slots, I chose the time. I received…read morea confirmation email. The morning of the appointment I received an email and text asking to say "YES" I would be coming in (which I did to both). I showed up and was told there was no record of me in the system and was questioned the entire appointment by numerous staff members about how I booked it, if I was at the correct place, used the correct website, etc. I showed the emails and texts to confirm. I was questioned until I left the appointment. While sitting throughout my time there, there were two other female customers who were told they needed unnecessary and high priced items such as windshield wipers and filters. I went in due to suspected electrical issues or sensor issues. I was told I needed a new radiator which did not match up to what the issue was at all. This was an extremely overpriced ($1000+) outcome and would not have solved the issue I went in for at all. I paid for a $200 vehicle inspection but did not get those results, only "radiator needs replaced". Extremely unhappy that I paid $200 and didn't receive the actual inspection results. My vehicle is a 2020 and has not been in an accident, gone off-roading and is well-maintained. I proceeded to leave and go get three other opinions that all said my radiator was fine. I'm a female but I'm not dumb.

Cashed in my GMC points, give the voucher to my salesman, who said he would get them ordered. Fast forward a few months (you know, Covid shipping delays) and I haven't heard anything. Stop in to speak with him in person, he no longer works there and no one there knows anything about the floor mats or my voucher from my GMC points. I asked if I had free oil changes on file, no one knows anything. Everyone tells me I have to speak with a manager, last name Conn. So I stop in around 9 am one morning, he's not there. Stop in another day on my way to work, about 2 pm, still not there. Had to tell them that I expect a call back from him today, because their salesman took my $100 GMC voucher and never ordered the mats. That's kinda theft. Got a callback, my mats were ordered, on the house, and I had my oil changes on my account. Then 6 months after that, I find out my car, which has the elevation package, should have the black GMC badges, which it did not. I had to go in, speak with the same guy, who then has to look it up in the GMC specs and says "Huh, it is supposed to have black badges!" WHY ARE YOU SELLING THESE PACKAGES IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TO CONTAIN?!?! Fast forward to today, 2 months out of my 3 year bumper to bumper, 35,500 miles, and now my tires need replaced!! Turns out, they put the cheapest tires possible on brand new cars! Makes sense right?!?! (Insert sarcastic font here) I will never buy another car from here, and I'm hoping I don't have to have any warranty work done because I do not want to go back. I would give zero stars if I could.

    I am very pleased with the work done by LaRiche's Detail shop. I dropped my car off before 8 a.m…read more and a service tech (the gentleman who ended up detailing my car) drove me to work. The results were better than I'd even hoped: residues of various kinds buffed off the exterior, all stickers removed from windows as requested, interior absolutely spotless with vinyl and leather reconditioned. Mine is a 14 year-old car that not been detailed in 5 years and it looks almost brand new! The only (minor) issues: *Floor mats were very wet and needed two full days to dry *Communication with main service dept very poor- when car was returned to me, I was told to pay at the detail shop. When I drove back to detail shop, was told I needed to pay at dealership down the road or pay over phone with cc. A minor inconvenience, but one that could have easily been avoided. *Website does clearly state that headlight restoration is a separate fee. I will definitely be recommending this detailing service.     Horrible experience. Their service center provides the most horrible customer service possible…read more Brit, a service employee, straight up lied on multiple occasions to my face and over the phone. Would not help when I asked simple questions or gave attitude when I ask if I could get clarification on an issue. Multiple times she said she would do something then never did. When asked to contact another dealership to get information on am issue she said she would not do it. This is exactly why people dislike dealerships and this experience was so much worse than I had hoped for. I was recommended to come here and I wish I hadn't. If you can help it go somewhere else.
