This morning I was on my way to work as I am a nurse there and considered an essential worker and…read moremust be on the road. I hit a patch of ice, and went off the road into a ditch and needed pulled out. The older gentleman that came to pull me out was very rude, acted as if I ruined his day. The officer apologized for the way he treated me. For reference, I forgot my purse at home when I had left grabbing my work bag only. He pulls me out and I asked him if I could give him a card number, as i still needed to get to work. He told me no, that he was going to have to impound my car if I couldn't pay. It's not that I couldn't I don't have my card with me and was trying to give him my card number and he said no. It's 2026, you are telling me you can't run a card number!? The cop was so nice and escorted him to my home so my husband could pay him at 530 in the morning so I could get to work. If it wasn't for that kind cop I'm not sure what I could have done. I cannot believe this is how people are treated. It was appalling. If I treated the people in our community like that, I wouldn't have a job. I understand people get stiffed, but I was trying to pay. This guy had the audacity to ask me why I was driving on the roads. To which I replied (as I'm standing in my scrubs with my badge on) that I'm a nurse and HAD to be. The officer was trying to mediate his piss poor behavior, but it was too late. I will Never do business with this company again and i know a few people that personally know the owner that was going to make a phone call on my behalf, but i told them no. What a horrible way to treat ANYONE in the community. When I called the office whoever I talked to said "I don't know what you want me to do about it, that was our owner, Ron" . So costumer service doesn't get much better with anyone you talk to within the company. I'm only giving a 1 star because I have to rate it something. Otherwise I would give no stars. Steer clear of this business.
