I finally contacted him he answered said he had an emergency and he forgot to call me and that he could get me later on that night. I was in need immediately at that time. Update, the owner texted me to explain his emergency, he didn't have to do it but he did. I understood completely, due to our conversation we reset the clock. I rescheduled with him.

They look for anything and everything they can work on - Whether you want them to or not. Repeatedly, they've "fixed" everything EXCEPT what was needed, and those "repairs" were not done well, or properly. Vehicles came home with the same issues that they were sent in to have repaired. That was even after we spent THOUSANDS for requested repairs that were never done. We've given them several opportunities, with different vehicles, having different issues. We got the same NON-results. They do get you right in, but expect exorbitantly high prices, and poor repairs (if it gets repaired at all)

I had an unusual offer that required some additional work to figure out but they handled it with aplomb. Mike and Sunny took the time to respond to several emails and calls over the course of a couple of days, answering all questions and promising to find an answer if they had none. Once we got there to sign the paperwork, we were greeted by Shawn. He is very lighthearted and jovial and just a nice dude. He took the time to give us a quick rundown of the features of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything we needed to know about how to operate it. It was then revealed to us that they didn't actually have one of the accessories that we had asked for, but they had sent someone to drive to Toledo to acquire it from another dealership, and that he would be back any minute. Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, we met with Sunny to sign all the paperwork, and she was such a joy to work with. Very personable and kind, we honestly spent half the time just talking and telling personal stories. After all was said and done, Sunny handed us the keys and we went out to the car to find Shawn running the AC to cool it down for us. We said goodbye and started the drive back to Fort Wayne. Oh, and did I mention that everyone stayed 2 hours after close to make sure we were all set and good to go? Unbelievable service!
