ARC Window Treatments & Tinting... where Customer Service is King…read more After reading all the Google reviews, I thought I would contact ARC for a secondary bid for tinting our windows. From the initial phone call with Jenna, I had a good feeling about these young local entrepreneurs. Shane arrived at my door at exactly the scheduled appointment time and listened to me about our needs. He then educated me on the 3M products they install, showing me the different options and price points. He gave me a sample to put in the window so we could see how it would look at different times of the day. I then asked Shane how long their company had been in business, why they chose to rep the 3M product, and what type of training did they receive in the application of the product. His answers were: six years in business while living in the community, best product on the market with great company support, and rigorous onsite extensive training with certification, along with continuing education. As Shane left, he said his bid would be emailed to me by 6 pm. The bid arrived as promised and was substantially lower than the other bid I had received for the same product. I scheduled with ARC the next morning. Shane and Cody arrived on time for the installation and asked where it would be convenient for me to set up. Shane and Cody were total professionals, leaving my house cleaner than when they arrived. I truly enjoyed having them in my home. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend ARC Windows Treatments & Tinting.
