Not only was the customer service rude and unprofessional, but while waiting I could clearly hear employees making racist comments and crude rape jokes. The language and behavior were completely inappropriate for a workplace, especially one that serves the public. It was loud, raunchy, and disrespectful, and it made me feel uneasy just being there. No customer should have to overhear that kind of conversation while waiting for service. On top of that, the staff showed little regard for customers and acted like professionalism didn't matter at all. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects basic respect and decency.

Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. The tire sensors were changed and the pricing was exactly what they said it would be. I will use this shop again for our other vehicles.

There was actual mold on the floor and rust stains and weird fake plant particles all over. And as you can see from the after pics, it looks like I just pulled it off the lot in 2003. He was super up front with pricing, and told me what he knew he could fix up and what he may not be able to get out. And even then, it was super affordable. And with the work he did on it, and the extreme attention to detail he had, I don't see anything left behind. I'm definitely gonna be a repeat customer in the future for this WJ's exterior work.
