He added her via social media and continued to pursue her despite her making her age aware to him. He made explicit statements and provocative comments in her direct message that I had to find through arguing. She's 17 and he said things were okay because sixteen is the legal age. So she mentioned being 15 and he still went along with it. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's predatory. My sister made it clear she was underage, and yet Ali continued trying to engage her in a way that makes deeply uncomfortable. I don't care how "chill" the vibe of your business is when you're hiring staff who work around the public, you need to be vetting them better and holding them accountable. This should never happen to anyone, let alone a minor. EverWrap, do better. Train your employees, protect your customers, and address this immediately.
