I was told on the phone that it would take 2 hours to do the install. I drove from Miamisburg so I told they guy 2 hours would be perfect. He also told me there are places to eat near there. I arrived promptly at 9:00, I was told well there is someone in front of you but I was next in line (glad I made an appointment). Everytime I looked through the glass the tech was one his phone. So the two hours came and went as did hour 3, 4 and 5! I missed a very important meeting because I trusted this company. Now I get why they kept calling to get me to do it. They don't have that many happy customers! I would highly NOT recommend this company, take your hard earned money someone where you can trust them! Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks. He added her via social media and continued to pursue her despite her making her age aware to him. He made explicit statements and provocative comments in her direct message that I had to find through arguing. She's 17 and he said things were okay because sixteen is the legal age. So she mentioned being 15 and he still went along with it. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's predatory. My sister made it clear she was underage, and yet Ali continued trying to engage her in a way that makes deeply uncomfortable. I don't care how "chill" the vibe of your business is when you're hiring staff who work around the public, you need to be vetting them better and holding them accountable.
