I would run from this business I wish they spent as much money training their employees as they did on their website I had my new car PPF last year and the PPF is bubbling and peeling off the car. I tried since last year to leave phone messages but no one would return my call. One employee told me the phone number was the owner's home phone number and he never returns calls. I have visited the business at least 5 times and the employees said the owner would call me but I'm still waiting One employee said the PPF person left last year and they are getting alot of customers coming back with PPF problems but they can't or won't attempt to fix their work Do Not use this business for any services they advertising because the quality of their work is below substandard read more

Not sure what happened to my original review, but Im hellbent on making sure I repost this so NOBODY comes here to damage their cars. BEWARE of this horrible company! If I knew what I knew now, I wouldn't even take a $1000 car to ZJ detailing. We bought my wife a brand new '23 Lexus RX500H. After some commutation with Zach, I decided to take our car here for a full front PPF, full car ceramic coating and wheels, calipers, as well as a full tint. After a week, we were told our car was ready for pick up. After getting there, only Zach's employees were there to show us the car. First, they didn't even want to show us but asked for payment first. I said I'd like to see the car. Our car wouldn't even unlock, because they completely killed our car battery. We couldn't even access the inside without manually using the hard key and pulling off the key hole access. I called Zach frustrated that they said our car was ready and our battery was completely dead. Brand new car with less than 1,000 miles before we take it in. He was not there nor cared to be bothered when I called him. My wife was extremely mad, as was I. I ended up calling Lexus roadside and after 4 hours of wasting time there, we finally got our car jumped and started. This was just the beginning of our nightmare. Walking up to the car after first seeing it, I knew I was going to be in a battle as it was the worst PPF job I've ever seen. He kept telling me it's normal and they have to cut it back at the two week follow up. I've done this work before and never was nearly this bad. I said there's no way you're cutting back up to 1" of ppf is a lot of areas and telling me this is normal. The installers had my hood ppf cut 1/4" back and not even tucked under the hood by the windshield, and even had cut my paint! Zach must of called a company to fix all these issues, as I was only 1 of many this happened to. Apparently his shop insurance claim was over $50k in damages to several vehicles. $19k just for ours to re-do everything they were paid to you, and also used the wrong wheel sockets and scratched our brand new $5000 wheels from Lexus (insurance was supplemented and paid me for new ones finally a year later). I hope nobody ever ever takes their car here. He's a lowlife scammer, trying to run a business hands off and allowing unskilled people work on expensive customer cars! read more

I had same results as Dorin G except I only had front windshield tinted. Terrible quality control and prep work. The tint guy seems like he has no idea what he is doing. I had to go back and have it all removed and reinstalled. Still came out with dirt in tint and adhesive left over on glass. I contacted Xpel and they are helping me get it done somewhere else and paying for new tint for me. I do not recommend this shop! Owner doesn't seem to care and is rarely there. read more

You are gambling with your vehicle if you take it to them. I went in for level 3 ceramic coating and paint correction. Instead I got a rushed job with no attention to detail. Damaged paint and coating. Coating where it does not belong. areas partly covered. Hazing on plastics that will probably need replaced. I'm probably missing something because I'm so upset. I communicated with them and even gave them my car for three days. That time I got SH!T over sprayed on my car and told the car was brought in with this damage.
