We were in town for a racing event and while staying…read moreat a local campground we got our RV and trailer stuck in a grassy area turned mud after recent heavy rain. The campground directed us to park in a very bad spot. I called Very early in the morning and within 40 min they had two trucks out and recovered our 20,000LB RV and trailer setup. HORRIBLE!!!!! Husband got into a wreck on his way to work in gas city because it was snowing and…read moreroads were bad. Chris's towing company was called because our temp plate flew off the car. My husband had a slight wreck not enough to break our turning signal. Everything was intact when he got out of our vehicle and shut the door. The next day I go and pick it up and immediately I'm getting told my car is leaking and that I wont make it back to Anderson which I did and he wanted to tow my car to anderson which wasn't needed. Even if so how would you know that's even your job.... I paid for everything and came to my car to see that my turning signal was completely broken off. There's no way my husband did that. Our car was not damaged other than the hood which did not have enough pressure to break our turning signal and he didn't jerk forward when the wreck happened. In the building I was uncomfortable. The guy was smoking in the building and bragging about how someone was mad that they couldnt get their car. I would watch out for them because they will try to get over on you. Always bring a Male with you if you're female and dont know about cars. Because they will try to get over on you!

This place is amazing!!! We were stuck in a mud hole at 1812, along with 6 or so others. People…read moredrove by flinging their mud and getting out of the hole. We flung our own mud all over our van. We pulled in and the look we got was PRICELESS, but the service was OUTSTANDING. The "Pre-Wash Attendant" was super great! He took his time, about 10 minutes, to spray off the mud on the van before he even sent us through the wash. Will return again to have it washed by them in the future.
