There were two gentlemen working, one of whom manages the store. We got the typical experience with regards to quick service and appropriate pricing, however, I felt the need to leave a review specifically due to these two gentlemen who were helping us. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. And oddly enough, going to this Jiffy Lube became the highlight of our day due to their kindness and positive attitudes. Details of my experience are below with texts to backup my claims Out of state and had entire exhaust was ripped out of my SUV. Paid $715 for exhaust system to be fixed and reinstalled. They told me the center muffler had damage and they could attempt to patch it but it might not hold and.may need replaced if leaking. When I got back to Ohio vehicle was making some noises. Took to dealer and they showed me 2 brackets that were not connected to vehicle, a hole in a exhaust pipe caused by bad welding, and said rear of the exhaust was rubbing. The center muffler had small leak they were not concerned about. Midas in Ohio would not honor the work that was done. Indiana Midas also refused to refund money. See photos of shorty work. I wanted to buy their 2019 Lincoln Navigator L for $43k. I told them I can pay cash at what I believe the vehicle to be valued at ($41.5k) which isn't too far off of their valuation. They didn't have a problem with this. I also have the flexibility of trading in my old 2008 Lincoln Navigator L. l've done extensive research and found that they are going for about $8k to $10k. I offer to pay $38k cash plus the trade in which values my car at $5k and means I'd be paying full price for their car. They give me the run around and tell me to take a bunch of pictures of my vehicle when I already gave them the vin and some basic pics. All I asked for was a best case scenario number to see if the trade in is even worth it. After several phone calls and text messages they offer me $2500. Okay I get it, you're not serious and don't want to buy my car. No worries l'll just buy yours cash. But then I caught something. These guys showed me their own comps they ran that my car is worth $9,500. They claimed it was worth $4k and said that's why they were offering $2500 but when I pointed out the comps they were using (see attached) were for a different car (They used the cheaper base model and mine is an L model), they just gaslit me and refused to acknowledge it. Even though it came from their own internal software. You can't make this up. I just get an overall slimy sketchy vibe from this place and would advise anyone interested in being treated fairly to go elsewhere.
