Where to begin...other than moral of this entire story will be don't ever come here or ANY fast oil change service or "sit in your car" oil change service. Either have a mechanic you trust or go to a dealership and spend that $90 lol totally worth it. $90 now will save you $2500 later. for starters they don't even do half of the things they say they do like top off your fluids or air your tires or vacuum your car things like that. They can barely do a very simple oil change. My experience there was the worst I have ever seen and had in my entire life and I used to get my oil changes at Walmart lol. It's bad when Walmart doesn't mess your car up but someone like Jiffy Lube does lol. So I go in for an oil change for my Traverse. They get it done and all good and I go home. Get in my driveway and turn my car off and get out, the car is still running somehow I got the keys in my hand. Weird I thought. So I sit there a minute and see what's up and it turns off like 10mins later. Tell my wife we both think it's weird so we call them. The tech who answered immediately got defensive and acting like I'm accusing him of something when all I did was mention what it was doing now that I JUST left there. and it wasn't before. he says angrily "there's nothing we would have done that could cause that ita not on us." I'm like ok well I don't know much about cars is why I'm also telling you people. car good before oil change car bad after oil change. You did something lol. Common sense. Logical. So he pretty much just gets me off the phone like SOL. So I'm like what now kinda thing. so the car was still fine not impeding driving or anything so just kept on for a few weeks, but when i got gas it didn't want to turn over for a sec then it did so that was weird too. Didn't do it any other time just when I got gas. So I said you know what I'm going to just pay for another oil change and see what that does. so I take it to another place Take 5 and they tel me when they see under my hood that my air flow sensor was unplugged. AKA These clowns here at Jiffy Lube unplugged it and never plugged it back in. Pfft imagine that. So maybe that one tech be just a dumbass idk. So they told me what was wrong and all the error codes that it produced and explained my issues I was having. So I go to tell Jiff Lube this information and they pretty much deny it all and say they are not liable due to the miles I put on the car since they did the oil change. Like that fucking matters really?! You fucked it up lol! What's even funnier is I got this oil change for a deal on Veterans Day too for being a veteran lol. So nice fuck over a ver too in the process. My car needs a timing change now and possibly other things due to this and it was a nice car 10k miles on it bought lol. Jiffy Lube will fuck your car up and do everything in their power to NOT have to make it right. They hire meth heads who can spell car and think they know how to work on them lol. No vetting done. On another occasion my wife went to Jiffy Lube a few years ago and they left the dam oil wrench in the hood. I noticed her hood wasn't shut all the way when she got home and opened it and it was just sitting there on top the engine lol. Got a free wrench but wtf you morons can you not doing anything right? You trying to kill people out here or what? End of the day with this Jiffy Lube royally screwed me. I just keep screaming it from the rooftops anyone asks me where a good place to get their oil changed to NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO TO JIFFY LUBE. Anywhere but there. First experience with Jiffy Lube. Honestly I stopped in for an oil change because I was told by other places, no one had a filter in stock for my mustang. Manager Jerry Martin and his staff was fast and efficient. They changed my oil, washed my windows, checked tires pressure all while remaining extremely professional. I will definitely come back. I have never had a better experience with my car getting oil changes and such. I've gone here 3 times and each time they are so nice. Within your 5k miles you can go back in to get fluids checked and air in your tires. I had hit a ladder someone dropped on the interstate. I went in there bc my car was making a noise. I would say it was past what they should do. He lifted my car, raised the heat shield off of the muffler bc that's what was making the noise. Can't thank them enough!!!!!!!! I LOVED my experience here! I just got my oil changed, but it only took 20 minutes, they swept the car, washed all the windows, topped off all my fluids, and checked to make sure my car was in working order (air filters, etc). They opened every door for me, including the car door, and were so kind. Most auto shops will do everything in their power to up-charge you on things you don't need. Jiffy attempts to up-charge, but for things you need or will need soon. It is worth the price! 4th time coming here, and I will continue. Thank you guys! read more

Worst oil change experience ever! Stay Clear of these guys. First they would Not Honor a nation wide Jeffy Lube coupon. Next they told me my rear license plate bulb needed to be replaced because it was burnt out. It Wasn't. Lastly they forgot to reset the oil gauge indicator notifying you that it is time for your next oil change. You have got to be kidding me. Jeffy Lube just lost a long standing customer. read more

I will never take another vehicle nor recommend anyone i know to go here! I stopped there on my way to work they took my 06 Toyota in and checked the oil because it was making what i thought was a ticking noise, the guy says its 2 quarts over and they didn't have time to change it that day i asked won't it hurt it if i drive it he replied not as long as I didn't drive it to Indy so o work less then a mile away after work i took it home and parked it and was planning on taking it back the following week when I returned from vacation... I get back from vacation amd i drive it back to jiffy lube they pulled into they're bay and 3 minutes later come in and tell me that he wasn't going to change the oil i asked why he replied that car has 300,000 miles on it! ( well yeah i know this! ) he said i needed a mechanic! I reminded him what i was told a week before I pointed out exactly who told me that it would be fine if i didn't drive it over 50 miles which I didn't.. He said we don't change oil if mileage is that high because it would make us liable..(???l) He calls other said guy who said that it was 2 quarts over and asked him about what he told me he looks at me and says i have worked here 17 yrs i would have never said that it was okay to drive. so i guess I dreamt it all up... he says i will dran 2quarts off but that's all I say okay well then do it.. they pulled it in drained it i am guessing pulled it back out the sounds gone , that evening headed to my daughter's house it starts the noise from before and then BOOM! Battery light comes on I'm coasting off the highway open the hood and there's oil all underneath the car... Never Never again! Yes my vehicle had mega miles on it I knew it wasn't likely to last another 100,000 miles but I knew if i babied it and changed the fluids regularly I could drive it long enough to get another .you may be asking yourself what makes me think it was any Negligence on there part? Because in July i was rear ended and it did $6,200 damage it went to a reputable Garage and it was gone over by mechanics and bodyshop repairmen with an insurance adjuster Before they would drop a cent into it.. i had just gotten it back less then 2 weeks before taking it into Jiffy the first time ... read more

I was so mad at this place! I got my oil changed there and a few days later my car started leaking oil. I took it back and they said the previous time I had gotten it changed (there!) that someone had screwed the plug on too tightly and it was creating cracks in the oil pan! I went to a different mechanic and they had to drill a new hole. All in all, getting my oil changed usually costs about $30. In addition, I paid an extra $40 for the mechanic to fix what Jiffy Lube did! Definitely do not recommend! read more

Don't go here. I was caught off guard when the guy showed me an air filter that was totally clogged. I said go ahead and change it. While I was waiting another customer came in and the guy showed him the SAME air filter. They are scamming people. I should have known better because I usually change my own air filter but i was in a hurry and was not thinking. I will not be going back. read more
