Within just a few weeks, I had to bring my car back THREE separate times. Each visit was for serious issues that should never happen after a major repair like this. I experienced ongoing oil leaks, and at one point they even broke my oil pan. On top of that, the staff lied to me multiple times about the condition of my vehicle and the work that was supposedly completed. I was repeatedly told everything was fixed, only for the same (or worse) problems to keep happening. I eventually took my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion, and what they found was shocking. My timing chain was nearly cut in half and close to complete failure. The actuator wasn't even attached to the keyhole, the dipstick was broken off and sealed in place, and there was silicone inside my oil pan and filter--which had already circulated into my engine. On top of that, I was missing multiple screws and bolts and the oil pan was only secured with three bolts. This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. I trusted them with a critical repair, and instead, I ended up with significantly more damage to my vehicle and risk to my life. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. I tried reaching a compromise which they have denied at this point others to read my story and avoid this place to stay safe. See photos for proof.

Beware of Deceptive Practices…read more Rating: 1/5 I had a terribly disappointing experience at McGonical Buick GMC. The sales team manipulated numbers to make the deal seem more attractive than it actually was. Furthermore, I discovered that their financing options were designed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers through predatory lending practices. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their prioritization of profits over people's well-being is appalling. Take your business (and your wallet) elsewhere. Sincerely, And they use African American employees to deal with African American customers to get them comfortable, crooked It's a scam I'll post proof

I wanted to buy their 2019 Lincoln Navigator L for $43k. I told them I can pay cash at what I believe the vehicle to be valued at ($41.5k) which isn't too far off of their valuation. They didn't have a problem with this. I also have the flexibility of trading in my old 2008 Lincoln Navigator L. l've done extensive research and found that they are going for about $8k to $10k. I offer to pay $38k cash plus the trade in which values my car at $5k and means I'd be paying full price for their car. They give me the run around and tell me to take a bunch of pictures of my vehicle when I already gave them the vin and some basic pics. All I asked for was a best case scenario number to see if the trade in is even worth it. After several phone calls and text messages they offer me $2500. Okay I get it, you're not serious and don't want to buy my car. No worries l'll just buy yours cash. But then I caught something. These guys showed me their own comps they ran that my car is worth $9,500. They claimed it was worth $4k and said that's why they were offering $2500 but when I pointed out the comps they were using (see attached) were for a different car (They used the cheaper base model and mine is an L model), they just gaslit me and refused to acknowledge it. Even though it came from their own internal software. You can't make this up. I just get an overall slimy sketchy vibe from this place and would advise anyone interested in being treated fairly to go elsewhere.
