WARNING!! Avoid this place. I went there for a front end vibration and they told me that's caused by tires when they have a vibration complaint so I bought $1300 in new tires and paid for an alignment. Still had the vibration. Came back two more times asking the to re align and to balance the wheels and check if it needs hub rings. They told me that see no issues and all checks ok. I took the wheels off myself and called the wheel manufacturer who said it needs hub rings. After I called the Manager he says I see the notes where you requested that and don't know why it wasn't done. He asked me to bring it back when he was there. He calls me into the shop and shows me 2 bent rims. No wonder I had a vibration. They cost me more money and wasted my time when they never checked the balance on the rims when they said they did. They were paid to do the work and didn't. I bought two new rims and problem fixed. This cost me to replace tires way ahead of time wasting money and my time. There are too many places who do better work than this place. Avoid it if you want to save your money. I never even got an apology. read more

Two experiences and neither were positive! On my first visit, a special order tire was needed to replace my tire that had a sidewalk bubble and it would take one week to arrive. "We will call you when it arrives," I was told. That call never came so after a week I called them and the tire hadn't arrived. Still no call four days later so I called again and was told they found the tire that was received and misplaced five days prior. Somehow they still didn't call me once they found it! :( Second visit 6 months later, another bubble (low profile tires) and I'm told to talk to manager about the third party warranty so I stepped over to her desk. She tries to send me to another rep but I tell her they sent me to her to deal with the road hazard coverage. She then tells me she so busy it will be two hours before she can help me. In the meantime, they show me that I'm showing uneven wear on all four tires, probably due to alignment issues. Turns out I need all new tires and the alignment check will be FREE! If needed they will align once the new tires were installed and it was an additional charge. I agree to buy the tires and this time they actually called me to let me know the vehicle was ready. I asked if it needed an alignment. "Uh, hmmm, well they are checking it now." So it wasn't actually ready! But they were checking alignment and all is well so I headed back to the store and was told the alignment was fine , no extra charges. One week later I notice on the receipt next to alignment check it says "Declined." I drove to the store to ask about it and they tell me I must have declined that service. No, I needed an alignment due to uneven wear and they told me it was in the process of an alignment check when they called me! Then I'm told they don't have the necessary equipment to do an alignment on my Lexus! I needed to go to the dealership for that!!! Why wasn't I told that last week? "I'm sorry no one told you about that, but I'm telling you now." Had I not noticed and inquired about the alignment, I would have been driving new tires with bad alignment and it doesn't take long for the uneven wear to show!! Bad. Bad service, bad communication, and the manager was useless in my experience. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by bringing my business in that day! This will be my go to place for tire repairs, oil changes, etc. they have been so helpful and friendly whenever I've came in for a problem. I got two different nails in my tires within a week and they patched both holes for me for free. On top of that, I told them I only had about 45 minutes cause I was on my lunch break and they got me in and out in under 30. This is a bit ridiculous; but I couldn't get my license plate off because one of the screws had become so rusted, and I stripped it while trying to unscrew it. I had gone to a bunch of other auto places for help before I stopped by Belle's on a whim hoping maybe they'd have the necessary tools to get it unscrewed. The two guys who helped me were so nice! They got the screw out, then proceeded to change my plate for me. I gave them the new screws I bought. They realized the new screws I'd bought were the wrong kind, so they went and found screws that would work in their shop. When I asked them how much I owed them, they said don't worry about it. I want to thank this Belle Tire location for being an honest business. I suggested them to a close friend in Kokomo, based off of their reviews. My friend is younger and had never had an oil change on the beater they bought a year before. When she went in for it they were honest with her and told her they didn't want to waste her money because they didn't think the car was going to last much longer and that it would be a waste to put more money into. I have a free oil change I've not used because my initial experience for a 4 tire purchase was so bad. They installed the wrong tires. I waited over 4 hours. I went in today for a single tire warranty repair. It's not holding air, I called for a gratis damage repair. I can see a screw in my tire. They told me yesterday, no sir just come in we'll take care of you, no need for an appointment. They are so mismanaged. I walked after 2 hours. It's a new facility, they have 8 to 10 bays.... So, I am going to give my honest opinion about Belle Tire. Yes they are more expensive than other places, but totally worth it. They are super nice, very respectful, and they bend over backwards to help you in every way possible. I made a horrible mistake by becoming a customer of Belle Tire. I had been a customer of Discount Tire for approximately the last 15 years. Belle came to town and had some deals so, regretfully, I gave them a chance. I bought 4 new tires for my truck in September 2021. At that time I also had an alignment done by Belle Tire. At the time of purchase I was told by the manager that I should have the tires rotated every 8-10,000 miles, or every other oil change. I was told since I mostly drive highway miles that I could go up to 10,000 miles. This is not documented anywhere in my paperwork (in fact the paperwork gives zero instructions), it was only told verbally. I did as I was told. While on my most recent tire rotation(at another place) I was told that my tires were warped. I questioned how this could be since they were fairly new and only had 20,000 miles on them. I went back to Belle. Upon my arrival I'm not greeted. I walk up and give my name to the manager, Raul Yanez. We go out to look at the tires together. This is the start of the most horrible customer service experience I have ever experienced. Below are bullet points to summarize my experience. My hope in sharing is to spare someone else the same experience. Raul states the warped tires are due to being out of alignment. I explained that Belle did the alignment at last visit (20k miles ago). He then changed his mind and alignment was not the issue. Raul states that the warped tires are due to lack of rotations. I explained that I have had them rotated, as instructed at the last visit. He tells me that this is a failure on my part and the tires need to be rotated every 5k miles- per receipt. I can include a copy of my receipt. There is absolutely no guidance on tire rotations printed or written on receipt. I question him about this, as I am very confused. I have done just as I was told to do. Raul becomes extremely agitated and starts yelling at me in front of his team members. He tells me that I am "out of luck" and "there is nothing he can do to help me". He tells me I need to purchase 4 new tires. He lowered the car from the alignment bay and released the car back to me. Uncomfortable with my safety, I asked Raul if the tires were safe to drive on. He states that they are not. I asked what I can do to be safe. He states that I can purchase 2 new tires for the front and rotate the back tires to the front and have them rotated and balanced. I agreed to do that. He needs to order them and I make an appointment to come back the next day. Next day I come for tires and the tech breaks my wheel locks. He tried to take the locks off without the lock and then stripped out the lock key tool.. Another customer experience I didn't sign up for. Raul informs me that my lock key is ruined and I'm going to have to replace the lug nuts. He then states he will replace it with a cheaper model that no longer locks. Then I'm told they will need to order them and will get them tomorrow. At this time the tires are still on the truck and haven't been taking off yet. Raul then states I will need to drive with four lugs instead of five until tomorrow. I ask if it is safe and if it will cause issues. He states yes, it will be fine, it's only a day. I explain I work out of town. He states it will not be a problem. I did some research and I found that this can cause problems..After service was completed (2 new tires, balance and rotate) I took a look at the tires and found a nail in the tire that was just put back on and supposedly balanced checked etc. I show this to the assistant manager prior to paying. First thing she asks is do you have a warranty on those tires ? I explain I do not (which was established yesterday).She states that because of where that nail is at I will need to buy a new tire. How is this even possible when it literally just got pulled out of your shop? The tires were never balanced as agreed upon with the manager. The day prior Raul said that all four were to be balanced so problems with bad wear didn't continue. The asst. manager then goes into the garage to inform Raul. Raul comes back into the store YELLING  "that's it! we are done!". I was shocked I was being talked to like this. He states he will replace the tire for free but that's it and we are done after that. HOW can we possibly be done now with all of these issues unresolved? What about the lug nuts,rotations, etc? He repeats that we are done after this and he will get the lug nuts tomorrow and be done. He then personally looked at the tire after they realized there was no new one in stock. Raul then magically fixed the nail issue (that I was told could not be repaired- only replaced). He then comes back in and apologizes and says it's been a challenging day. I am still confused on how his challenging day equated to him treating me so poorly. I pay and after that  Raul tells me he had someone else come in today with the same issue and he only had 20,000 miles on his tires as well. He is sorr read more

I called Belle tire to set up a tire rotation. The guy on the phone asked me if I bought the tires from there, I stated I did not as I purchased these tires before this store was even here, however, I purchased tires for my other truck here. He told me it would be $20 to get tires rotated. I expressed to him that the truck was a dually, he said it's still $20. I left work, drove across town to drop my truck off and told them I'd be back in about 5 hours. Approximately an hour later I get a call telling me my rotation would be $120 because they have to dismount and remount 4 tires to keep the black sidewalks out. Nobody on the phone asked me anything about black walls, white letters, nothing. I have learned a lesson and will not be buying any more tires from them in the future. I'd give it zero stars if possible! Short story: Poor service ending in damage to vehicle! Long Story:My mother went to Belle Tire in Kokomo to have 4 new tires placed on her minivan. First, she had to wait over 3 hours and they didn't have time for the free alignment check so told her to come back at a certain time the next day. When she came back they told her they could not do the alignment check because the right people weren't there. By this time, she had noticed her "tire pressure" warning light was on and asked them to check it. They told her the pressures were a little high but it was ok, gave her another appointment for the alignment check and sent her on her way. Since she was now concerned, she stopped at the place that changes her oil (and she trusts). Sure enough, her tire pressure was LOW, not high, in all 4 tires and one was low enough to require air. They advised her to get in somewhere else as they were concerned the tire pressure warning system had been broken by Belle Tire. They were right! Two of the sensors had been broken by Belle Tire when they put on the new tires and one of the new tires had a slow leak and was almost flat by the time she got in! read more

Took my grandson's car to Belle Tire to have tires rotated front to back as front tires were wearing much faster than rear (front-wheel drive). After 1 hour plus, I got car back with only right side rotated, not left. Went in to discuss and was told impossible, as we clean back of wheel, etc. and could not mix them up. Well, tread depth on left front was 1/8" less than left rear, so said I wanted rotated so more depth on front tire. They said they would be glad to rotate back to where they were before (???). After job finally done right, as intended, the female "clerk" at counter made a comment that higher tread depth should be on rear tires in winter, anyway (???). Mind you, this is a front-wheel drive car! I do not know how they managed to mix tires during rotation, but they need to admit they "might" have made a mistake, and proceed from there. Not the good service we received in April. They need better training, etc. At least there is a free air pump outside that I could use to properly inflate tires, more in front tires to compensate for additional weight. I will not go back again, nor recommend them, which I had been doing. read more

Had 4 new tires put on from Belle Tire in Kokomo back in April, had my car serviced for an oil change at my auto shop and they informed me my front 2 tires were bald. I thought that was weird since I had just gotten 4 supposedly "brand new" tires put on only 4 months ago... hadn't even gotten close to putting 10,000 miles on them. I take my car to Belle Tire to have them take a look and the assistant manager tells me that I had perfectly even wear on my tires so it was nothing to do with an issue on my car causing it to do that. I ask him what could have caused that & he said "bad batch of tires". Proceeds to take me back inside and put me on the schedule for 2 new tires for "free" & says that I don't have to get the $150 warranty on the new ones but I could if I wanted. I told him I would decide by the time I came in for the new tires. So the day comes for my new tires & the manager says, "I'm not sure what we are supposed to be doing with your car". I tell her the 2 tires were totally bald & she says "Yes they are bald from over-inflation". I hadn't touched my tires since the day they were put on at this shop, let alone put air in them. So the only way they could be over inflated would be because they did so at their shop. Then tells me I will need to purchase 2 new ones. I didn't feel this was right, as I am not the person who made the mistake. So I go back and forth with her for a minute then she comes to the conclusion that I will still get my two "free" tires but I HAVE to purchase the $150 warranty with that. So technically i'm still paying $150 for these tires that I'd already paid $500-$600 for in the first place and entrusted that the would not try to finagle me. She also tried to tell me that tire manufacturers stopped giving warranties for tires back in March of 2020. Fed me a line of nonsense. I told her I would be buy to pick up my car. Save your money and go to someone local or someone who cares a little bit more than these corporate companies. They are nothing but sheisters. Willing to do nothing to fix their mess up. I would say that you get what you pay for but they still charge the same prices to give you a worthless job. read more

We took our van for the AC to be tested and recharged about 100 dollars. Within a week all the coolant leaked out and we brought it back in about a week and a half and was told the O rings were bad and the condenser could be bad and might as well replace it as well. Sandy the manager quoted both me and my spouse 625 dollars two separate times. When I was speaking to her on the phone I asked if we could get the credit back for the AC charge and Sandy immediately snapped when she didn't bring it back within a week so we don't have to do that. After reminding her the system is suppose to be tested before recharging it she said that's not how they do that there but eventually agreed to give the credit. When we went to pick it up the bill was for still 625 and Sandy denied ever quoting the original price at 625 and said it was 725. When we both called her out on it she tried to explain the math but it was obvious she was making up numbers because they weren't adding up and when we called her out on it not adding up she threatened to call the police if I did not leave. In the past year I've bought two sets of tires and had repair work a couple times there and this is how they treat repeat customers. Never going back there again and the manager sandy is the rudest most dishonest person I have ever meet working in a customer service position. read more

TLDR Version: These guys are awesome, they got me back on the road so that I wouldn't miss my Saturday night plans even when I told them I had already cancelled them. They put me as the customer first even when my rental car company did not. NTLDR Version The customer service here is outstanding, here is my story to support that statement: I got a flat tire in a rental 2018 Toyota Camry from Enterprise several weeks ago on a Friday. I got the spare tire on the car that night and planned to take it to the Kokomo Enterprise location the following Saturday morning. I was told that morning that there were no more cars in the lot that I could swap mine for, but that I could get my tire swapped out at Belle Tire with whom Enterprise had a contract with. There would be no charge for the tire swap because I had purchased the insurance offered by Enterprise when I got the car and it was in effect when I got the flat tire. I get to Belle Tire and I was told that there was only one tire in their store that would work for this car and that it was really expensive (~$225). I told them to go ahead and do the job because Enterprise would pay for it since I had the insurance. I was told that the job would get done after 1.5 hours, so I left Belle Tire to do some shopping. I come back 2 hours later, and I'm told that the request to use the tire was rejected. The communication between Belle Tire and Enterprise consisted of a simple request system where a work request would get submitted by Belle Tire and Enterprise would either accept it or reject it. They had rejected it because the tire was too expensive. I called Enterprise and asked them what more could be done to remedy my situation. I had plans in Indianapolis that night and I was in jeopardy of missing them. I was told that they couldn't drive another car to me without a manager approval because the nearest Enterprise was 60 miles away and they could only drive another car over without manager approval 50 miles away. The only thing I could think of at the time was to drive to the northernmost part of Indianapolis and have them pick me up there. From there, I could continue on to my plans for the evening. Feeling exhausted from trying to find a solution to this predicament, however, I decided to cancel my plans. I called Belle Tire to ask them to order the tire that Enterprise would accept so that it would arrive as soon as possible. This is where the customer service of Belle Tire shined. I called Belle Tire and the manager (I believe her name is Sandy) answered the phone. She and her other associates had tried to help me figure out a solution to my situation during my conversations with Enterprise. They saw that I was frustrated, and they were all sympathetic and doing whatever they could to help. When I had cancelled my plans and called them back, Sandy told me that she would review her inventory to see if she could find something that would get me back on the road. She then told me to drive back to the shop quickly as she had just submitted another request to Enterprise. I was confused because I thought there was only one tire that would work for my car. Nevertheless, I drove back to Belle Tire, and upon arrival she told me that they had approved the use of the tire that she requested. I asked her why this tire that she found would work for my car when I was originally told that only the expensive one would work. She told me that the tire that she requested would functionally work for my rental car, it's just that Enterprise didn't include it in their list of acceptable tires because they want a tire replacement to be more than just functionally capable. My best understanding of this logic is that Enterprise wants to have all of the tires look the same for aesthetic purposes. I've been told by a friend that Enterprise aims to sell their rental cars eventually and they want to get the most money back. While it's understandable that someone buying a car would want it to look nice, Enterprise really needs to put their customers first and do whatever they can to get them back on the road in the event of a flat tire or other automotive malfunction. The bottom line is that Belle Tire put me back on the road despite the deficiencies in Enterprise's protocol for fixing flat tires. Sandy and her crew did whatever they could think of to get me back on the road, even when I had given up on my plans for the evening. That was a commendable display of customer service and it is time well spent on my part to make it known to everyone that they provide good customer service. I used the website to schedule an appointment for new tires. I did this on a Saturday with an appointment for Tuesday evening at 6. I called the morning of my appointment to see if they had any appointments earlier in the day. I was advised that they did not and that they closed at 6, the time that my appointment was scheduled for and they would have to fit me in. I was also advised that the tires I requested were not in stock even though the website indicated otherwise. I asked if it would be a quick service or if I should drop it off and get a right home. I was told it would be quick so I did not arrange for a ride. When I dropped it off, I asked how long it would be and was told 60-90 minutes. I then called to arrange for a ride home. After 90 minutes, I called to check the progress. I was told that it was not done. I waited another 60 minutes and got a ride to pick it up. When I arrived, it still was not done and I was quoted another 30 minutes. Had I known it was going to take 3-4 hours to complete, i would have made the necessary arrangements. I don't care how long, I just want them to be up front about it read more
