It was obviously a movement issue, not a vacuum leak or a topside issue. Part of it turned out to be U joints. He took advantage of a disabled woman and her Navy son. All he cares about is the money, not the person. I hope this business closes soon for good because people are waking up to his tactics. His mechanics are pretenders and so is he. I fixed the issue myself.

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.

They gave me an excellent trade-in value on my previous truck and had all the financing arranged when I arrived. After a few text exchanges last week and an in-person meeting, I was able to seal the deal in about 45 minutes this morning. (Past experience at other dealerships has been more like two hours.) Added bonus: Financing did NOT try to up-sale things like Maintenance Plans, Road Hazard Protection, etc. I've never felt more valued as a customer . . . and I work for the manufacturer of these vehicles.

All I had was a custom exhaust to put onto my car (and it is a bolt on kit so not terribly complicated) but I wanted a shop to do it for me since I don't have the hardware to complete. Set up a time to come in and get it done...took about 45 minutes in total. They were very diligent about getting the exhaust tips straight. I later came back because they were on opposite sides...we reviewed some pictures online of stock installs and they just reversed them. My exhaust sounds really solid now and was happy with the cost. The shop is pretty spartan (ripped up couch, tube TV, bathroom that doubles as a storage closet, etc), so if you are expecting the big corporate experience with 800 numbers and other ego stroking items, then forget it. These are guys who like to work on cars and bikes. I was satisfied with the work and would come back here again.

They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware. On a positive note...Wanda working the office was a complete joy, its a shame their work was so poor.
