I'm from out of state, but This place is great! My girlfriend and I blew a tire on a road trip and had to make an emergency stop for a new tire as we couldn't do the rest of the trip on a spare. The staff here were so friendly and got us in without an appointment due to the circumstances! If I ever happened to blow another tire in this state I would definitely try to make it here! I have been a customer of Tire Barn since they opened in Marion. But after today I will never go back. Had a nail in my Tire. Simple plug would have fixed it. However since it was an original Tire that came with the car they refused. Stating it was against the law to plug a tire that is 6 years old. Threads were fine on the tire. Called 2 days in advance and scheduled an appointment for new tires on wife's car. Arrived on time. But they acted like they were unaware of my appointment? Gentleman that waited on me was was very nice and cooperative. I received a quote on phone for tire replacement, but when arrived, cost was $75.00 higher. Went ahead and did the job because I was there and needed them done. I sit in waiting room with my wife for 30 plus minutes before my car was pulled around into shop. Felt that was long, since I supposedly had an appointment. Customer waiting area was poor, dirty, no coffee, no public restroom, television broken. Long boring wait. Finally got car back, rims were covered in greasy hand prints. Could have at least wiped them off, car was cleaner before service. Disappointed. read more

Hey guys , THANK YOU !! Again for helping us help a stranded motorist who did not have a jack , a spare or even a tire tool . We were on our way to Wabash from Jasper Ga. and pulled over to switch drivers and noticed this young woman and her baby and sister with a flat . We were going change it for them but had nothing to do so with . We wrangled what we needed to get the tire off and then brought it to Tire Barn Warehouse and spoke to David Brown at the counter , he got us in and out with the tire repair , which had a large screw in it . Understanding the situation with the fact that we were helping someone he then sent us out the door without a charge for the repair ! Brad is the guy i like to deal with and will continue to go back. If they don't have the particular wheel or tire in stock that you want they usually can get it to the store in a couple days. I have went to another Tire Barn location and had no problems and a great experience. However, this location was rude, unprofessional and after a second opinion I found out that what they said was wrong with our tires wasn't even close to what was the actual problem.
