After taking my oil filter off and draining my oil, they didn't have my oil filter in stock. I waited 20-25 mins for one to show up As I pulled out, my air pressure was still off. They didn't air up my tires. I ask for a sticker to place in my windshield to remind me of my oil change, they were out of those as well. But they did charge my debit card $170.00. That seemed to work fine. Won't be back....

This place was very helpful. I drove from California to Marion. The car pulled to the right the…read moreentire way. I asked if they could figure out why (alignment, inflation, etc.). They found out that 1 of the 2 new front tires I had purchased in CA was mounted backwards! (And it was from a tire shop, no less!). They switched the tire, but by then the tread was so messed up it pulled to the LEFT! Bought two new tires and it worked great. Good detective work!! :)

This could have very easily been a one star review. Bottom line is they messed up. But the reason…read morefor a five star review is because of how they handled it. I made an appointment to get the oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. Showed up for my appointment five minutes early. Damon checked me in and when I asked he agreed it would take about an hour. I told him I was going to walk over to T.J.Maxx and he was going to call when my car was ready. One and a half hours later I walked back over thinking that they had just forgotten to call me. I saw my car sitting in one of the bays. When I walked in and talked to Damon he said they still needed to rotate the tires. Imagine my surprise when I saw the hood opened on my car a few minutes later. Even I know that you don't need to open the hood to rotate tires. In the 1 1/2 hours that my car had been there the only thing that had been done was that the car was driven into the bay. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. When Damon came back into the lobby I questioned him about it. He said there had been an issue with another vehicle and it put them behind. He told me I would not be charged for the oil change. Therein lies why my review is not a one star one. Damon took ownership of the issue and took responsibility. And then he went out in the shop to help with my vehicle. We all mess up as humans. What makes a difference is how we handle things when we mess up. And Damon did great with that. And Damon went even beyond that. He also rolled up his sleeves and started helping get my car finished. I appreciate how he handled things.
