This could have very easily been a one star review. Bottom line is they messed up. But the reason for a five star review is because of how they handled it. I made an appointment to get the oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. Showed up for my appointment five minutes early. Damon checked me in and when I asked he agreed it would take about an hour. I told him I was going to walk over to T.J.Maxx and he was going to call when my car was ready. One and a half hours later I walked back over thinking that they had just forgotten to call me. I saw my car sitting in one of the bays. When I walked in and talked to Damon he said they still needed to rotate the tires. Imagine my surprise when I saw the hood opened on my car a few minutes later. Even I know that you don't need to open the hood to rotate tires. In the 1 1/2 hours that my car had been there the only thing that had been done was that the car was driven into the bay. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. When Damon came back into the lobby I questioned him about it. He said there had been an issue with another vehicle and it put them behind. He told me I would not be charged for the oil change. Therein lies why my review is not a one star one. Damon took ownership of the issue and took responsibility. And then he went out in the shop to help with my vehicle. We all mess up as humans. What makes a difference is how we handle things when we mess up. And Damon did great with that. And Damon went even beyond that. He also rolled up his sleeves and started helping get my car finished. I appreciate how he handled things. read more

I arrived at 5:15 PM, they closed at 6! My son-in-law made a call and they worked me in and I was repaired in just a few minutes. I took my car to these guys after receiving a lot of run around from In-N-Out and I appreciated the quality in their work. I had an alignment done with them as well as a few other fixes my car needed and while a little more expensive than I intended, they did a good job and made me feel good about the work once they finished. Shady business practices. Was quoted one price, then charged another. When questioned, they told me I was mistaken or perhaps was taking into account the rebate. Ofcourse, this gave away the game since I don't ever choose options with rebates. When I explained this to the manager I was told they didn't want my business. I found out late Monday that I had a bolt stuck in my tire! So Tuesday I called and they were very open and honest about that they take walk ins but I would be better off with an appointment! I had my appointment this morning at 10:30 and every one I spoke to, from my phone call Today, until I left there today was EXCEPTIONAL! And!! They didn't even charge for the patch that they put on my tire! They were awesome, the wait was comfortable, and it was such a pleasant surprise that even the extra mile they went by checking ALL of my tires and not charging me a dime was top notch! I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. On my way home, after going slowly over a dip in a construction zone, I noticed a vibration in my front right wheel. I checked the tire and it seemed fully inflated. I stopped by Belle as they are close to my home and asked if they could take a look at it. Despite not having an appointment they were able to determine that I had run over a bolt that was stuck in my tire. Because it was repairable they repaired the tire for free. This is a car still on its original set, I will definitely be back to this location when the time comes to replace my tires. Got 4 new tires. They had yellow and red dots. They were not mounted correctly on rims. The dots do mean something but obviously they did not know this. They have yellow dot lined up with valve stem. Which is ok as long as there is no red dot then it is lined up with valve stem. Had cv joints and lower control arms replaced also. Car pulls to the left after having a alignment done. Dissatisfied for sure! Spent good money on a half ass job. read more

I sent my 18 year old son to Belle Tire for 4 new tires. Belle offers a free alignment check. I instructed my son to pay for the alignment. It was obvious that prior to taking the car in their was an issue. The front passenger side had blow out do to excessive wear on the inside of the tire. The alignment check was on the receipt, but no other information, no alignment done. I checked the front end, the tie rod ends were shot. My son and I replaced them and then returned to Belle tire for an alignment, this time after paying $105 for the alignment. We were told there was an issue with the rear alignment they could not fix. So much for free alignment check, no issues when it was free but issues found on the rear after we repaired the obviously damaged front end. Beware of Marion Belle tire. read more

They did fine with another of our vehicles, but this time around...terrible. Called at the end of the week for 2 truck tires. They had to order them, due to arrive on the fillowing Monday, which was fine. Was told to come in Monday morning. I called prior to coming in and Matt told me that he would have to check as they were not in the computer. I waited around all morning and finally called back after noon, spike with Matt and he put me in hold so he could check. This tells me that he hadn't checked when I called earlier. He came back on the line and said they were in. Evidently "someine did nit scan them in". Set up an appointment for 12:00 on Tuesday. I arrived at 11:30 and spoke with Matt. He seemed confused as he stated I had a 9:30 appointment on Monday...I think not! Not only could he not be bothered to check on the tires, he could not even remember appointments that he himself had set. I will not be going back. read more

Had tires put on my wife's car today. Was a little disappointed because we had scheduled online and paid a week prior but when we went in we were not in there system. Even though we had a confirmation code and showed where the transaction on our card went through. They were able to clear the issues and got new tires on and fixed some other issues with the front end. They were professional about the whole situation and were helpful through the whole process. Bought a tire for my daughters car on Feb 26th. 6 days later on March 4th we take the car in because there is a knot in the tire and it's vibrating. We were told when we bought the tire we got the warranty that covers any and all repairs. We were lied to. If we would have been told we needed to purchase the extended warranty in the beginning we would have done so!! My daughter took her 2015 Terrain in for Brake pads. Told her rotors were bad and that they wouldn't put pads on without changing rotors . So she said ok . Month went by brakes start squeezing grinding we take it back they say it's not the front it's the back rotors. She didn't have them do anything . So now there is brake dust on front rims and she washes an cleans her car regularly. So now she is takin back today to be rechecked. They will probably say same thing. I literally scheduled a 12pm appointment for an OIL CHANGE! That's a job that doesn't take more than an hour. I noticed my car hadn't even been touched by 2:30pm. So I call and ask them about it. They say the next car in line is mine. I call again at 4:35pm and they gave this long BS rant about not having enough mechanics. My car still hadn't been touched. They close at FIVE! They weren't even going to call me to tell me they couldn't get to it. It's a holiday weekend and I almost let them have it for the whole weekend. This is absurd! I will not be back. read more

I can't say enough about the Belle Tire in Marion, IN. They went above and beyond with their customer service. First I purchased a set of tires (that I had picked out and asked for) and after having them put on, I wasn't happy with the way they looked on my car and they were loud on the road. I went home and after mulling it over...I called them and explained how I felt and without hesitation they told me to come back over and they would make sure I did get a tire I liked. I went back over the next morning and everyone was so helpful and they put on my new tires and I was very happy with them. You cannot beat their service and kindness. read more

DO NOT GO HERE The people at this place have no idea what they are doing. I bought a leveling kit, wheels, and tires from them. They never connected the tie rod and it could've totaled my truck or got someone seriously hurt. After I paid for a tow truck to pick me up, I had them drop it off at their shop. There was 30 minutes left when my truck got to their shop and they started closing up. It would have taken 5 minutes to get a nut and put it on but they said they didn't have a nut and they couldn't do anything until the next day. So the next day i go in and there was a different manager on site (this guy is actually a decent person) and he ordered a new tie rod and installed it. Problem resolved, right? No. After i left, my tire wouldn't hold any air because its leaking around the valve stem. I just spent 3600 on all new tires and wheels and this level and its only been one problem after another. Now i have to take time off of work tomorrow to go to a different tire shop because i wont let them anywhere near my vehicles again. read more

Had a friend get their brakes checked and was told they would need to replace both rotors, both calipers, and both brake pads for around $800. They then took their car to another car repair store and had it looked at. The gentleman there did an inspection and found the brake fluid was a little low and that was it. No stuck caliper, no need to replace 6 parts, just a top up of brake fluid. Goodbye and good riddance to Belle Tire. read more

I took our car to have it checked for noise in the front end. They diagnosed the problem. I told them to fix it. 12 days later they had still not fixed it so I picked it up to take it somewhere else. When we pulled it out of the parking spot there was a puddle under the car. I couldn't see where it was coming from. I tried to drive it to a different repair facility and I couldn't because the car kept jerking to the left where I couldn't control the car. I had it towed and when the repair facility diagnosed it they let me know that the transmission drain plug was loose. We have owned the car 2 years and this was the first time it has ever been to a repair facility. Customer beware of this location. Belle Tire is a great company just not this location. They need to replace management there and retrain all employees. read more

I had an appointment at 9am on May 27th to have 4 new tires put on my vehicle. All of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. My issue is that even with an appointment it took over 4 hours to get my tires. I drove from out of town so because I had an appointment I had no idea it would take 4 hours. We have gone to Belle Tire a few times, they repaired a tire for us and were nice. My husband took his car in Tuesday for an oil change. After the oil change they informed him that he had a gasket leak and the repair would be 800.00. This upset us very much, we try to make sure everything is working good with our autos. We decided to go to the local Chevy dealer, since my husband's car is a Chevy. The mechanic at Chevy went over the car with a fine tooth comb and found no problems at all with his car. We are fortunate that we did seek a 2nd opinion. From now on, we will go to the Chevy dealer to maintain our car. Very disappointed in Belle Tire..... read more

Stay away from brake work. Went in for their complete brake inspection, and was told that i needed a rear brake cylinder ,that i thought was correct, i could see fluid coming from the tear wheel, was told $ 150 . However was recommended that i do both rear sides as well as complete brake service on the rear. $609 not a proplem , go ahead. Picked up the truck, went to pull out no brakes. Was informed their must be something wrong in the front, wait a minute did i not just have a complete brake inspection before any work was preformed? A little irritated, YES ! could have hurt someone while leaving/ with no brakes. Recieved another estimate on the front $ 900 + let me wrap this up. Management is very good, Will , and Matt went above the call of duty to make me happy, however all confidence in their brake mechanic has been lost. I came here to get 4 of my own tires mounted and balanced and I had an appointment and even got it there early and took over an hour and a half just to have them mounted. After I got it back all four wheels were covered in tire lube and come to find out they damaged one of my wheels and the tire tech that mounted them denied that he damaged the wheels even though it was down to fresh aluminum. The manager said it would be taken care of and would replace my damaged wheels and it has been over two weeks and no word back. I do not recommend going here at all. read more

I will NOT go to Belle Tire in Marion, IN again. Save your time and money. I will not recommend any of my friends or family to go there. I had 2 different bad experiences with them. As soon as I comes in, the first thing they say is Wait time is 3 hrs rather than asking how they can help with my car. To me, it is like refusing services indirectly. The guy from management in that location makes my experience with Belle tire worse. He is unprofessional and take things personal rather than sympathizing the long wait. When I asked about my car wait status after I waited for 2 hours, one guy coming out of office interrupted my talk with other employee and he claimed " I am a store manager here" with arrogant tone and responded the answer in argumentative manner. After waiting 2 hrs long, the manager responded it would be lucky if my car get done at 6 PM which is another 4 hours wait. I left Belle Tire and went to Jiffy Lube - they looked (diagnosis) at my car in 15 minutes I arrived and have the service done within 2 hours and the price is still $140 cheaper than Belle Tire. I won't go to Belle again to be treated badly by this guy. Both visit, he makes my experiences worse. It was my day off and Belle tire pretty much wasted my time and make my day worse.They are not getting my business again. read more
