We hired them some time back. They were slow, and we consistently had different workers coming to our house, in the end, we had to finish the job ourselves. I have had extensive experience with this company, including them coming out to my house and wasting hours of my time putting together a bid that they NEVER wound up sending me. I contacted them multiple times after the bid visit but never could get a real answer. That seemed rather unprofessional but not a huge problem. As it turns out, that was probably for the best as recently my next door neighbors hired them to build a dock. In the process they spilled a SUBSTANTIAL quantity of diesel oil on the worksite and instead of cleaning it up, they ignored it hoping no one would notice. They drove their machines back and for for QUITE SOME TIME, spreading the contamination far further than it would have spread otherwise had they taken steps to contain int right away. Eventually this oil contaminated my entire house and made my dog deathly sick before it was discovered. We had thought the diesel smell had been coming from some intentional use at the site..ie they were using it as a cutting oil....we were wrong. we had no idea what was happening until we discovered our dog nearly vomiting himself to death. 500-600 feet of gravel dirveway had to be completely redone. They came onto my portion of the driveway on December 12th 2023...ie my private property and did work without in an attempt to do a shoddy cleanup job with the spill. The State Dept of Fish and Wildlife had to be get involved as the oil washed down into the lakebed of very sensitive lake. I have never seen a contractor behave this irresponsibly. When i contacted them about the damage to my pet and home, they refused to even provide their insurance information, which is highly suspicious. Aside from this personal experience of them damaging my property and injuring my pet, I HAVE DISCOVERED SOME EXTREMELLY TROUBLING INFORMATION ABOUT THIS COMPANY WHEN I GOOGLED THE COMPANY NAME AND NAME OF OWNER ALONG WITH MASON COUNTY APPEAL COURTS. THIS IS PUBLIC INFORMATION POSTED FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOU SHOULD DO THIS RESERACH BEFORE ALLOWING THESE SKETCHY PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME AND AROUND YOUR PETS AND CHILDREN. As you can see from the attached pic, this is where my driveway adjoins the neighbors driveway . The diesel contamination started on the neighbors driveway on the right. Note the Kitty Litter they put down as a token attempt after I sent them an angry email on the evening of December 11th telling that their spill had escaped the neighbors property and contaminated my driveway making my dog very ill after he was coated with diesel and attempted to lick himself clean. Diesel can destroy a dogs liver and kindneys and I was very fortunate my dog did not get killed. As you can see by the business owners response, they were not in the least bit apologetic. Note the deep rut in the driveway. That was formed by the heavy record setting rainfall. The driveway is essentially a direct stormwater drainage into the pristine bed of the mountain Lake Cushman. The dirt at the bottom by the lake stinks like diesel. As you will note, the owner of the business tends to dismiss any complaint against her by either saying the reviewer is dishonest, fake, they don't know the reviewer, the reviewer is a competitor in disguise. Generally, there is no way to tell whether or not what the owner is saying is true, though one could draw a conclusion just by the pattern recognizable in the bad reviews. However, in my particular case, simply Google the name of the company owner (which you can get from the Integrated NW Construction website or LnI,) Then add in Mason County Appeals Court and the name of the company. You will see why this business owner feels so determined to silence me. This company has also accused me of trespassing and harassment, which are crimes. You will note from other reviews who complained that the business owner called the police on them and probably also accused them of fabricated crimes. I am tired of this business attempting to shirk responsibility and distorting the truth. One of the accusations she recently made is that I went down onto the beach next to the dock they are constructing (the beach they polluted with diesel) and started digging and excavating right next to their excavator. Because I had the foresight to video record the alleged trespassing incident, I have personally offered to pay this company $20,000 in cash if my video fails to show that they are fabricating their claims about me digging next to their excavator. In fact, I will double that offer to $40,000 if I am proven to be making a false claim when I say that this company had a diesel spill incident and had to do considerable gravel driveway restoration, some of which was on my driveway easement. My wife and I purchased waterfront property on Lake Cushman in 2014. Soon after, we discovered that in order to meet current shoreline management regulations we would need to repair the bulkhead, remove and replace the existing docks, pier, staircases, landings etc. I am very handy at building but this type of work was out of my league. We dropped by the offices of Integrated Construction Northwest and were able to consult with both Rich and Caralyn that same day! Very soon after our initial meeting we had a site visit from Rich and his lead, discussed what we wanted, what we could and could not do, obtained a fair and competitive quote, and signed a contract. We decided to have Caralyn and Rich handle all the permitting, engineering, etc. For those that don't know, dealing with all the different agencies in order to have lake front work done is complex and can be confusing. We were kept informed each step of the way during the permitting process. Rich and Caralyn know the process, what is and isn't allowed. They worked with us and the engineers to produce plans that we loved. The permits have come through, the demo is complete and the construction on the waterfront has begun. I had considered doing the demolition of the old structures myself but decided against it. They did the demo super-fast, and the removal and clean-up was awesome. It is looking great and I am fully confident that it will be beautiful when complete. My wife and I are happy to share our review so others can have a trouble free experience like we have. read more

I stopped by their storefront after seeing a nice selection of woodwork being displayed. I inquired about having them make a name/address sign for our property. They showed me several nice pieces of wood and different styles of font they could use to enhance the look of the sign. A quote was quickly provided and they began the work promptly. The sign was ready when they said it would be ready and it came out perfect. Each member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service. Remodeling construction and electrical work not done according to current codes, and only after consistent badgering was the job finally finished.A large portion of the work had to be done over, and the original problems would have reoccurred had the work not have been redone. read more

In my opinion, this is not a reputable company. They made a total disaster of my home. The owner knows nothing about construction. Very dishonest. Very manipulative. These people are not trustworthy and you should take what Carolyn says with a grain of salt. They lie. Carolyn accused me having to call the police because I was unruely with her refusal to consider my complaints about their inferior performance. Their comments are pattently absurd. Avoid this company at all costs. When I complained about their horrific installation and demanded a refund, they offered me a $4,000 settlement (on a $16,500) floor with the caveat of not saying anything negative about my experiences. NOT!!! I paid to have a new floor installed and will speak freely on the quality and character, or lack there of, of this so called company. read more

This company installed flooring in my house at Hoodsport. I own the house with my brother who signed the contract. My brother lives in the house but I do not live in the house. I walked through the house and the flooring is 100% unacceptable. I wish I could post pictures. We wanted Pergo but they talked us in to bamboo because they said bamboo was a hard floor. It took forever for them to begin the project. We were lied to along the way. We paid $16,000 for bamboo flooring. We covered about 1,400 SF with bamboo. Once they decided the bamboo was prone to scratching...they covered the floor with an epoxy. If they knew anything at all about flooring they would have known not to do that. It is all peeling and bubbly. We have had an expert look at the job they did and have been told they have no idea what they were doing. We just discovered yesterday they didn't even finish the job behind the refrigerator. They give us $4,000 to buy new flooring but that is all. Caralyn, who is the registered owner, is extremely rude. There is no way I would do business with this firm or recommend them for anything. I wish I could show you a picture because you would be shocked. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you care at all about how much you are spending and if you want quality work. read more
