Our HVAC guy recommended Ron's Roof Repair and we're extremely glad he did. When Wes first came to our home to look at the job and give us a price estimate, we liked him right away. Very easy manner that put us at ease. It was almost like we enjoyed chatting with him (while he answered our questions) so much it was almost a case of "Oh yeah, you need to look at the roof." Wes not only went up onto the roof, he took photos of everything and gave us an honest appraisal of the work done by the previous roofing company. giving suggestions on how to improve that job along with the new repairs he would do. On the scheduled day of the repair, Wes showed up with two trucks and entire crew. The work was done within a couple of hours and once again, Wes had photos of what he'd done. The proof of the quality of his company's work is that we didn't get a single roof leak during all the heavy rains from the atmospheric rivers that have been flowing over our heads. Not to worry: he guarantees the work over a specified time period. In addition to the roof repair, his guys cleaned the moss off the shingles, cleaned out the rain gutters AND picked up all the roofing nails off the ground. With the previous company, we were finding nails in the front and back yards for months. So yeah, we found our honest, extremely thorough roofing company. The good news for us is that we'll be scheduling another appointment. Our detached garage has moss all over the roof and we're sure the gutters and drains need clearing out too. Which is another cool thing about Wes's company: some roofers will only come out to put on a new roof and nothing else. Wes will gladly come out even when the job's maintenance only like getting rid of the moss or cleaning out rain gutters and drainpipes. Every homeowner needs to find a good roofer. We found ours.

They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves). We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication! My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. There were a few scraps and caution tape leftover from the roof job, and then a large ladder was left from the gutter job. Integrity was selected as John were clearly the best in the quoting process!…read more He used a drone to give us a visual of the entire roof, and then was the only one of 5 potential vendors to climb up in the attic to look from underneath the roof, as well as look up into a crawlspace, thoroughly explaining why Malarkey was the best shingle, and the Integrity advantages in process and warranties that are significantly better than other companies. He also worked with us when the total price was higher when we included new gutters, getting us to the price we wanted to see late on a Friday afternoon to effect a quick smooth contract signature process. Integrity was able to provide turnkey services that included a skylight replacement, some painting\caulking of gable boards before the new gutters were installed, replaced a lot more roof boards than expected due to venting issues we were unaware of, and had all Integrity employees in company trucks, except for the gutters, which John had identified as subs that were also very professional and fast. Bella was also excellent in coordinating our requested timeframe due to visitors. Alex then took over as the Project Manager with excellent communications on the process and updates throughout the project that went amazingly fast, with Jose's professional\courteous crew knocking it off in just 2 days by working late when was expected so we didn't have to worry about wet boards\leaks under our underlayment\new shingles. Jose also communicated really well, accommodated our cars needing to get in\out and his crew installed a lot of new boards that weren't expected due to an unknown venting issue. Alex effectively communicated what Jose was seeing, but they just didn't do the many additional board replacements in the short timeframe through their hard work, but had the knowledge and expertise to fix the root venting issue, by adding bird block vents to enhance the ventilation to prevent future issues. This experience reinforced our confidence that selecting Integrity as clearly the best company through their literature, significantly warranties and we have the confidence they will be around if we had any warranty issues, where most of the other options were either further away or smaller operations that who-knows if they would be there in the long future. The only thing that did not go perfectly was that despite originally covering our plants as the old roof was removed and doing a great job on clean-up, two of our boxwoods had something come down on them that severely browned one and created an unsightly patch on another , which was never explained. The contract noted this as a risk, that Integrity was not responsible for, but it seemed that either covering them longer during the process or avoiding whatever was sprayed or fell on them, would have stopped the problem. However, we were so pleased with the overall job, top quality work and materials used, if that was the worst thing that happened on this large job, we were still very happy and fully recommend Integrity!
