I've tried three so far from flow yoga to TRX Pilates. All of the instructors are skilled, attentive and knowledgeable and they make sure your form is good. Really impressed with this local yoga studio. Enjoy!

There are many teachers here and they are really *all* great. Their styles are also varied - so you'll never get bored with the classes... It's never obnoxiously crowded during the day. Huge plus. Parking is easy and safe. They seem to be mixing it up with different class styles (barre) which is great, I just really hope yoga remains the focus... I've heard the wellness services are good but I've never tried... I really like that they are always involved in socially conscious fundraisers... Retail selection is always interesting and changing... They frequently sell packs of classes on special, great deals... My only complaints/suggestions are: bathrooms - could be cleaner (near door handles, etc), and need faucets that will fill a water bottle... Most important - I despise practicing in the dark during the day. A simple privacy film applied just on the bottom of all the windows would allow for privacy and natural light. Lose the old blinds and worn, stained & dirty IKEA shades.

They really made me feel welcome and comfortable asking questions, which was important to me as someone new to yoga. The studio is well maintained with an abundance of props. Parking is a breeze. I highly recommend taking a class with Asha. She's supportive and gently guides you to try just a little more each week. She also incorporates medical information and how yoga can help with the realities of life. Her classes are joyful.

While there are many that i do like, i have yet to find one where the classes and teachers create a connected space with absolute peace and kindness. They are incredibly caring and respectful of each individual's skill level. Toni, the owner is an amazing person and a certified yoga teacher by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She can answer any questions you have about what is best for your practice, of course the teachers can as well. She is running a special like no other: 30 days for $30! Unlimited practice, allows you to try everything the studio has to offer and get to know the teachers and the other students. it is a true community. Here is a quick review of the classes i have taken so far Yoga Essential and All Levels with Eric. Eric's classes are so refreshing and balanced. His peaceful and calming nature immediately put you at ease and allow you to focus on your practice. He likes to incorporate a few peer postures which is a really nice addition to the class Kundalini Basics with Samarrah. I had never taken a Kundalini class and had no idea what it was. I challenged my self in ways i never have before, strengthening my core and my mind. Samarrah is perhaps one of the sweetest souls i have ever met. Yoga Essentials with Sarah. This class is perfect for anyone, any level. If you have any specific areas of of the body that need special attention Sarah knows exactly how to guide you to the right movements for you. All Levels with Asha. This is a Friday night class, no better way to end a long week. Asha is an absolute joy and brings a sense of ease and fun with her teaching. She knows exactly how to adjust your posture and grab the right props for the ultimate stretch! Slow Burn with Elizabeth. This class pushed me and made me sweat, it was awesome! It was the perfect balance and end to a week of an amazing journey of trying many classes. Elizabeth's kind, nurturing and encouraging style was a perfect blend Oh! And i don't want to forget to say that the studio is beautiful- the sunlight coming in during your practice is perfection. The props are abundant and like no others i have seen. Every kind and size pillow possible, beautiful blankets, blocks, wedges, eye pillows and something called the cushy mat! - Namaste'

I have taken some Pilates lessons before, and they are of no comparison in quality and level of attention I get with Veronique. She is explaining the exercises in detail, and making sure you are doing them right. Veronique is very patient and understanding of personal goals, needs and abilities, and will adjust and find exercises that suite you. She shows how to do all the exercises correctly, and making sure you don't hurt yourself! She is constantly bringing some new interesting elements and diversifying the training so it never gets boring. Every lesson is quite different from another, although, there are some core elements that remain the same, that are central to Pilates, which I find just great. I have been taking her classes once a week for a year now, and I really enjoy them. I have learned a great deal, and feel a huge improvement with my lower back pain and in my abdominal strength. In addition, Veronique is a very pleasant and gentle person, it's a real pleasure and fun to do an hour workout in her caring company. The studio itself and the setting are absolutely stunning. It's all brand new and very modern, with lots of light, windows, beautiful and peaceful outdoor environment of Moon Hill. Quite unique...

I've never enjoyed working out as much as I did here, and it completely changed how I think about fitness. The small class sizes make such a difference you really get personalized attention. The instructors take the time to give helpful corrections and make sure you're moving safely, which is something I haven't experienced as much at other studios. I've actually been able to apply what I learned here to other workouts, and I can see a huge improvement in both my form and results. Some of my favorite classes were Flow 1.5 and Control 1.5 (I only wish there were more Control 1.5 classes on the schedule!). The instructors Ahram, Jennifer, Bethany, Rachel, and Samantha are all AMAZING. They each bring so much energy, encouragement, and knowledge, and it really shows in every class. Bella, the studio manager, has also been incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came time to cancel my membership. One of the best perks for me was the variety of class times offered throughout the day, which was perfect since I work from home. The only thing I'll note is that if you prefer morning classes, they can fill up quickly, especially with certain instructors. The membership is definitely an investment, but for me, it was so worth it to learn reformer Pilates in such a welcoming and supportive environment. Overall, I had such a great experience at Club Pilates Burlington and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Pilates in a fun, motivating, and safe space! Hopefully I'll be back soon through drop in classes on ClassPass!
