Storefront is very deceiving, when you walk in there is an instant sense and feeling of calm. We were greeted warmly at the desk and asked to sit down. We wouldthen each brought into our individual massage therapy rooms. I can't speak for his, but my massage was great. Using some wonderful scented oil's it immediately put me at ease, and she went right to work on the problem areas. I didn't even notice to our flyby it was that fast and that wonderful. I am having pain in my shoulder, and she came up with some ideas and some massage to really make it feel much better. Hats off. Would definitely go back even without a coupon and can't wait until my next massage!

I had been dealing with fertility issues for the last year, and was experiencing unbearable stress and anxiety. After just one visit with Kuan I felt the tightness in my chest going away and my anxiety disappearing. After just five visits I was pregnant. :) I continue to see Kuan every week. The experience is always very calming, and restful, and balancing. The office is always impeccably clean and welcoming. They have a huge selection of books in the waiting room that you can borrow on a weekly basis. They have bottled water. They have soothing relaxation music in all the rooms. The treatment beds are clean, comfortable, and heated. Kuan himself could not be any nicer or more accommodating. He starts each visit discussing your current state and makes adjustments to your treatment as necessary. Each acupuncture session also includes an acupressure massage (which is wonderful.) You don't have to be "into" every principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi, energy meridians, etc in order to feel the effectiveness of acupuncture. In fact, I started my visits as a pretty big skeptic. But whatever Kuan does, works! He helped relieve my stress and made me feel more balanced. And most importantly: he helped me get pregnant! I'm continuing to see him once a week and I look forward to every visit. My best friend has also started going to Tai Chi Acupuncture & Wellness Center and she also loves it. I look forward to trying some of their other services soon, like massage and reiki

The session was relaxing, I loved the heated bed and lamp. 0 pain. She offered to order labs that were needed, instead of having me go to my PCP which would have taken longer. She offered supplements that would help me conceive. She replies to emails immediately and has suggested what foods to eat and avoid and answered my million questions about myself and even my husband right away. I'm a health provider myself, and I could tell her knowledge about the human body is impeccable. Her care for her patients really shows. 10*s!

She has sets of forms to fill out for information based on your needs from her. She does a very through intake as a first appointment that is 2 hours. Based on that we decided to come weekly for 1 hour. After the first session the pain in my mom's shoulder had disappeared for 3 days and is steadily improving. Tamie is also helpful with supplements and alternative treatments. She willing to try things and is very knowledge. We really appreciate all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful and kind holistic practice where you see results quickly and steadily.

He asked me to get an ambulance to take him home. I got up and ran over there. Went to the nurses station and told them that I knew they were very busy and I will come every hour to give the medications to my husband. They were alarmed from the offer and admitted that they didn't even have the medication! I offered to go to a 24 hour pharmacy if they will hand over the prescription. No way. My poor husband had to lay in bed crying of pains until morning. Occupational Therapy consist of "teaching" him to fry an egg. He had to clean the frying pan first and then threw the egg to the trash. The food for the patients was horrible to look at, so I brought him food from home. He was supposed to stay there two weeks but asked me to get him out after one week. He just couldn't stay there longer. Horrible place! When our Primary found out where my husband did his "rehabilitation", his remark was "who is going there?" Don't go there and don't even visit there. They save on light bulbs, the place is dark and depressing and nobody ever sat in the bare lobby for just "watching the crowd pass by". Bad, bad, place!!

She immediately could pin point what was wrong and believed she could fix in a good amount of sessions. Unfortunately with being out of network and how much it would cost me I am unable to move forward with being treated by here. It breaks my heart - but I do recommend if you are able to afford this on your circumstances I would go here! The office is a little confusion to find, there is parking and for those who read this the door to the entrance is in the back - where the parking lot is. That was my only complicated part of the experience. The girl at the desk was so sweet and nice. I really wish I could have continued with this, can only hope this review will be a helping factor in you setting up an appointment!

I was a loyal client here for many years and truly valued the professionalism and care I once…read moreexperienced. This place meant a lot to me. Over time, however, it felt like the management style, particularly at the ownership level, shifted. Communication became inconsistent, and situations that once would have been handled directly and professionally were not. This was not reflective of the front desk team. Many of the therapists I connected with moved on. My most recent experience simply was not the right fit. I did not feel fully heard, and the session felt more rushed than mindful. After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve. In the end, she agreed it was not the right fit. What was most disappointing was how it was handled. It took several calls, emails, and texts from me to learn that my sessions had been canceled less than 24 hours before my next appointment. The front desk told me the owner was supposed to call me about the cancellations and to suggest an alternative therapist, but that call never happened, and there was no follow up afterward. There was also a brief moment that stood out. I had left more than 20 percent, though less than the week before because the experience felt different. When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent. They make scheduling seamless, communicate thoughtfully, and create a welcoming environment every time you walk in. I am writing this because I cared about this place. I used to genuinely look forward to coming here. Moving on feels like losing something familiar, almost like losing a friend. I would still welcome a one on one conversation with the owner, as I would have appreciated that before. I hope the practice finds its way back to what once made it so special.
