He completed the primary items I had for him in less than half his estimated time so I was happy to give him more tasks so he could work the 8 hours he expected to work for the $300. When I offered to give him more work, he became agitated and said "I did everything so pay me the 8 hours!" I told him I could give more tasks to take him to the 8 hrs but if he preferred to leave mid day, I would certainly pay him for his time $35/hr (not $60/hr) he became irate yelling "fu*k you" and pacing very quickly yelling (really loud) "forget it, don't pay me" as he was taking materials outside and coming back in really aggressively. I was shaking. I kept trying to calm him by telling him "of course I'm going to pay you" "please, what is wrong, you are scaring me" "I am really uncomfortable" He continued to yell and pace and at one point walked directly over to me and got in my face. I was terrified. All the time yelling at me and it just didn't make sense. I had my phone and dialed my husbands cell and put my phone face down on the table so he could hear. I was attempting to write his check but I was shaking so bad and I was distracted trying to calm him and just shocked that this was happening. Long story short, my husband raced home because he heard him yelling and carrying on. I was terrified. I did not feel safe. I paid him and when I handed him the check, he shouted "stop shaking!" When he left he said... "go ahead and write a review lady, no ones going to believe you." He left. I did call the cops because it was clear he was not stable. I already reviewed Ring, SimpliSafe, Vivint, and Blink. We rent and there is equipment inside the home from Tel-Tec. So, I assumed I could just turn it on and no installation fee. Plus being local, I expected pricing to be competitive. I called and was transferred to Sales. I left a VM but no call back. I e-mailed using their contact us page, no reply or phone call. I called again, and was transferred to Sales who then transferred me to someone else, supposedly he was to have contacted me already. I explained my situation and was told it was going to be $250 for restarting/professional installation and more if we decide to upgrade to newer products plus $24 a month monitoring service. This house has two motion sensor lights, that is it and their keypad, and that was $250 to be restarted? You can get a way better package with SimpliSafe with more equipment and keep it, and their fee is only $14 a month! When asked about security cameras, he said they don't have that type of service but was looking at 800 to 2500 depending on how many we wanted. Again, way too high for that too. You can get Blink cameras, set of 4, for less than 300 and no service fee! You can even connect them if you're worried about the battery either by outlet or using a small solar panel. You would think they'd be more aggressive to their competitors.

And I noticed they have VERY SIMILAR names & information!! I'd bet they're from the same people. Mrs. Rose called us twice, they were running late due to traffic issues & she greatly apologized, so I personally think those two terrible reviews are invalid & exaggerated. Just my opinion. It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.

The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response. I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :) The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on.
