When I tried to make reservations and communicate which massage we wanted with a lady (with very limited English), a man walked out from a hidden office, saying to go to Monterey for massage because they're too busy. I still don't know what happened, the place was empty. I was very perplexed as how a business with no costumers is so busy. I definitely don't recommend this place, why bother. Maybe it's a front for something else or they don't give massages to people of color.

I'd just like to say how disgusting it is that all the bad reviews are because: 1. They were busy (uhhh try making an appointment duh! I always do!) 2. The smell ( the rooms smell fine but if you go on their lunch break and they just used the microwave you might smell there lunch BE REASONABLE PEOPLE they are human and have to eat too!) or 3. the ladies speaking in their own language! (If your gonna give someone a review based on nationality and language it's just wrong!) I judged based on skill and skill alone! If you want a good massage this is the place ! If you want spa treatment go to a spa! This place gives Freedom from pain! This is a diamond in the rough! I've never been so happy with a massage as I am here. I've been on an off for two years with sciatica and neck pain and Jody is uhmazing!!! The other two that work there are good too but she's definitely my favorite. I know they just reopened with covid and their prices are very reasonable... poor advertising cuz it says foot spa but FULL BODY DEEP TISSUE is TO DIE FOR!!! I seriously haven't been to another place in two years because I can't find anyone that fixes pain like this place! They do gift certificates and Christmas is around the corner and they are finally open! I'd love for them to stay open so as a community let's give them our love and stop in for the best full body massage of your life!!!

He was very good and checked to make sure I was ok with the pressure. The only thing that would make the experience better would be if essential oils were used for the massage.

When we got there they'd given us an upgrade due to the "inconvenience" which I'd say it wasn't at all especially since everyone was so nice about it! Soo, great masseuse, she was so kind and relaxing and very nice, very concerned about my comfort…read moreand did what she did to make me feel as good as possible! They gave me a little slip that was the pre appointment questionnaire, and on it there was a spot asking about places to focus on. I put down neck and lower back, but I don't think the masseuse checked it because there wasn't any emphasis on those spots, so make sure to actually tell them if you want something specific. My only con with this place (such great kindness and such a beautiful spa) is that the massage was short. My bf got me 90 mins for my bday! which was $220, which would be fine if my massage wasn't like 75 mins :(. It started at ~5:20 (appointment was @5:15) but they stopped massaging at 6:35. I dont know if that's standard for places but it felt unfair to charge 90 mins for all that, I was even out the room by 6:40 even though he planned on picking me up at 6:45. I tipped pretty low because of it :| Even though the masseuse was so nice I just feel like my bf got ripped off a little bit. Definitely come if you are not afraid to speak up for yourself, other than those two things the service was great, and the spa is gorgeous
