Quality massage at a good price. The technicians do not always speak good English. But they make up for it with effort.

I was happy that my friend and were able to get in during a busy weekend. It was very relaxing, but somewhat painful. The lady doing my foot massage tried to pull my toes off! I had to tell her three times to use less pressure and she wasn't very responsive. I was afraid to relax because right about the time I would relax, she would hurt me. read more

I've gone here a few times, and while the ambiance is far from relaxing--visibly dirty carpet, bright, harsh lighting in the massage rooms, strange yelling at times, and being able to hear other clients loudly--I came back a few more times because of the low prices. However, during my last massage, the masseuse repeatedly pressed very hard on sensitive areas, causing significant pain, even after I asked her not to and she acknowledged my request. At one point, I was visibly wincing and flinching in pain, and she laughed. I also would have preferred that she ask for my consent before massaging my glutes and other more private areas. By the end of the massage, I felt more bruised and violated than relaxed. To make matters worse, while I was getting dressed afterward, she came back into the room without knocking while I was changing. I will not be returning to this place. read more

hi this has been quite a find. I have had back issues and I've gotten so much relief. They are very professional and a welcoming atmosphere

Best massage in Seaside! I got a 60-minute full body massage and it was amazing. The pressure was perfect, the space was calm and clean, and I left feeling completely relaxed. Hot stones were a great surprise! Great value for the price--definitely coming back. read more

I had a great 60 minute foot massage here. It was about 30 minutes focused on my feet and then another 30 minute body massage. It was just what I needed. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and skilled. I'll be returning on future trips! read more

Thank you Linda for always being so thorough with your sessions! If you need a weekly refresh, she is the best for it! She remembers how I need the massage she gets every muscle/nerve, and she knows where the tension needs to be released! Linda is the best!! read more

They're always friendly and give amazing massages!!! Don't judge them by their looks!

I've been in this shopping center a million times and never really noticed this place. I had some really bad lower back pain and my chiropractor was closed so I gave this place a shot. I called first to see if somebody was available and they said yes. This is a no frills place but boy did I get a great massage! The man who worked on me said his name was Andy and he was awesome! I got the 60 min full body massage and it was %100 worth it. He didn't talk much but asked me if I was ok when the pressure got strong which I was because I needed a strong massage. He even incorporated hot stones which were super hot, but super satisfying as well. He mostly focused on my back but also worked my legs arms and neck. My favorite part was probably when he was using his heel or foot to really work out my back. Highly recommend this establishment for a quality massage at a totally fair price. read more

So glad I stopped in for a massage! I deal with neck and shoulder tension that's been hard to get relief from, but Linda really worked wonders. I walked out feeling way less tightness and discomfort than when I arrived. Already planning my next visit. If you book here, definitely request Linda, she does a great job! read more

The massage wasn't very good at all. It felt random and it was a little louder than I anticipated

Purity Day Massage has the best value for an hour-long massage. It's 60 minutes long for $60 and you get your whole body done including hot stones on your back. The people are super nice in there although they don't speak a lot of English, so it's good to tell them in advance whether you like it hard or soft. I went there with my brother as a walk-in at night and they were able to accommodate us. I've been back a couple times. Don't forget to tip them. read more

Called in for a same day couples massage and they had availability! Lucky us! The prices are unbeatable and the massages were soooo good. I like firm pressure and it was delivered! i do wish the relaxing music was a little louder. It felt a little too quiet at times but still enjoyed the experience! read more

My lady and I walked in and got a couples massage last week. The place was quiet and clean. Therapist could have gone a little deeper for my liking. But it was still a good experience. read more

The best value for a massage in Seaside, $60/Hr. This includes full body, feet, & hot stones. Most other places I've been to charge $70+. I go here weekly. Go see Linda. she is the best. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience left me traumatized. When I arrived, everything seemed fine. They were friendly. When entering the room, I noticed my sheets were torn, but the lady saw and changed them. As she started massaging my back, she was a bit rough and used all her weight. At one point, she coughed, left, then came back sounding like she had a cough drop, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially since she seemed sick. I ignored it. What really upset me, and I want to be honest, is that she completely took off my underwear, exposed my buttocks, and massaged my butt apart. I don't think any of these massage employees know what they're doing. They follow some routine, but it's wrong: they kept massaging away from the heart, when they should have been massaging toward it. My partner was with me, getting a couples massage, and she kept telling the therapist how to do it properly because she studied massage therapy for years. That's not right. The woman working on me, besides making me feel completely violated, told me to turn over on my back. She burped directly into my nose, and I accidentally inhaled her burp. It was disgusting, smelling like soup. I swear I can't make this up. When it was time to tip, they asked for a large amount and only received a $20 tip, which they looked at as if that was nothing. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I will not be returning here. read more

It was New Years eve and we wanted to get nice massage before the new year comes in. I called in to make reservations and got spots for that evening. There's plenty of parking outside. We came at 7pm so it was dark and the lot was a little sketchy but don't be afraid. It's Monterey. The people here were very nice. They don't speak too much English so please be patient. The lady who massaged me was very good. She took her time and asked me from time to time how the pressure was. I usually like it medium and she did a great job. My GF got the owner, and she had an amazing massage. We've been to a lot of different massages places and this was by far one of the better ones. The prices here are great compared to other places. We got a couples massage, 90 minutes for 180. We were able to be in the same room as well. I heard a few people leaving after their massages and they had a great time as well. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you're looking for a nice massage! Big shoutout to he owner of this establishment. Happy new year! read more

I love my massages there. Nice price too! I like that they allow walk-ins. Most the time I get in.

My boyfriend and I had a great couples massage! $120 total + tip and it was excellent, relaxing and totally worth the price. Would recommend for anyone going on a weekend trip in Carmel or Monterey! read more

Today I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Purity Day Massage, it was one of the best I've ever had! I had finished a week of redoing my back yard and my body was stiff, achey and tense. The body worker I had was skilled and truly knew how to work out all my tension with just the right pressure. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and free of the tightness I walked in with. They have gained an another return customer. read more

WOW!!!!!! The massage here was so AMAZING!!! The lady who massaged me was not afraid to go hard which is awesome! She did an amazing job massaging from head to toe hitting every muscle in my body! By far this place has been my favorite!!! I highly recommend a full body massage. My husband and I got a couple massage together here for the first time and left very satisfied! read more

Lisa was great!! 90-minutes of a thorough and deep massage. The Second Lady I got...not so great. But still okay for $90. read more

Was in seaside visiting in-laws. Didn't have much to do, so we decided to get a massage. OMG!! Who would ever thought we found an amazing and memorable massage ever in Seaside (Zensations Spa in Maui is another one) Our masseuse, Coco and Anglea, did an excellent job focusing on our problem areas, such as knots on the shoulder. They were both very attentive. Couple Combination Masssge - 90 minutes was $180. (Very reasonable) Definitely recommend. I'm already asking my finance when are we visiting the in-laws again. read more

it was a great experienced for the first time being there with both of my parents, no waiting time and excellent service. Thank you to those therapist special mention to Helen, highly recommended. Soon will be back for another visit. read more

The massage was good for basic needs. If you have special needs that need to be explained don't come here though. I have very flexible joints and they tend to slip out easy...they were not easy and ended up hurting me a little bit. Also I scheduled a couples massage and when they saw it was two girls they required us to be in separate rooms. read more

Great place to relax, the masseurs are friendly,I got a great massage, I will come back

Best 90 minute massage I ever had in my LIFE ! 10/10 hands down Highly recommend this spot

Clean, courteous, owner practitioner. Conveniently located in well maintained commercial buildings

Wonderful experience here. OMG~ My husband and I had a 90-minute couple massage with Steven and Cindy, they are amazing....... They really focused on areas that we asked. We both agree it's the best massage we've ever had. We gave them tip $80 for the both. We will be back absolutely soon and we will take two hours couples massage for the next time. Steven and Cindy~ they are fantastic~OMG!!! 10/10 recommend. read more

I have been in pain for weeks and hit my limit today. Neck, back, hips, feet, etc... all the pains of getting older I guess. I haven't had much luck finding a go-to masseuse in the area but I've heard good things about this place. I came in as a walk-in & was immediately placed in a room with Tina. She was sweet, considerate & she had MASSAGE HANDS OF AN ANGEL 10/10 Best massage I've ever had. I'm going to ask for her every time. They take card & Apple Pay but bring cash! I wasn't able to tip as much as she deserved but I'm going back with more $$! Now, I am relaxing (finally) at home, feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. P.S. They offer some candy when you leave. Very cute. read more

Good massage for 40$ but when I told her to charge a ten dollar tip she gave me a look and said that's it ? And still has the audacity to give herself 12 . Smh I took it really rude , I mean I understand gratitude but your already charging for the service read more

The receptionist was nice and accommodating. For the price, you can't beat it. I did a couples massage for 60 min, $120. Rose has strong hands and she asks what intensity level. Mine was a medium and it was perfect. Rose kept checking in to make sure it was ok. She was able to loosen up the tightness in my back. I will be back to try the foot massage. Thank you! read more

Massages are good 100% no doubt, but they are so rude about tips, anything under 15$ and they'll look at you like your the devil, seriously tho, yes they deserve tips, but have no right to be rude about a "low tip", just take the L and move on, don't disrespect the public. read more

Too many great things to say, I have no idea where to begin... Exceptionally clean, quiet and serene. Customer service excels beyond highest ranks. I'd consider myself a walk-in... called only 30 minutes or so before I wanted to come in and they were able to accommodate me. I failed to ask the name of therapist assigned to my appointment, but he was outstanding He worked every single point of tension without me having to tell him where to focus... it was miraculous! It's obvious why they've opened this second location! Highly recommended read more

We started going to the Purity massage in Marina a few years back and loved it. Very clean, great value, and friendly staff. The service was consistently good. The owner mentioned they are opening a new location in seaside. We've been now going to this new location for the past few months and are really enjoying it. Always friendly and HUGE inside. Very clean and newly built. Treat yourself to a great value! Enjoy! read more

I have had 2 foot surgeries that have caused a lot of problems within my body. I got a massage about a month ago from Linda and it was one of the best massage I have ever got. She really cares and wants you to feel better after. I find that rare. She ask the right question to make sure I received the best massage I possibly could. Do yourself a favor and go get a massage from Linda. You will thank me later. Thank you Linda, you are the best! read more

Long awaited review. I considered myself picky when it comes to massages having tried a lot of spas in town and other countries. This is a treat I give myself more than shopping so value is very important to me :-) Purity Day Massage both Seaside and Marina branches are highly recommended! I am always welcomed warmly in both places and service is always great! I come here atleast once a month and also during both of my pregnancies. I almost lost hope in trying the asian spas around until my friend recommended Purity. Jackpot and will keep coming back! read more
