I began working here over a year ago when the old owner Anthony worked there. Those were the days. The staff was friendly and happy, service was fast and convenient. After he sold the place to Besrat, everything went downhill. Not only is he slow at making smoothies and can not understand orders after asking multiple times, he is very sexist and unfair towards his employees. He always makes sure to schedule only two workers at a time, leaving us understaffed and very stressed out. Not to mention this is a minimum wage job, it used to be and should not be hard for $8 an hour. He has 16 year old girls working over 45 hours a week and is paying any men that work for him $0.20 more than any of the girls who are employed here. He lets his children run around in the back, screaming and crying and getting in the way of any productivity. I didn't know inta juice was a smoothie shop, AND a daycare? As if the customer service and management being a disaster wasn't enough, the owners do not know how to make any of the smoothies correctly. If you tell them differently they get very angry and continue to make them incorrectly. If you want my advise, being someone who was on the inside for so long, don't waste your time. If you have a blender at home, make your own smoothies. These are filled with sugar and not as healthy as you would think. Not even the veggie drinks; I was told to use moldy cucumbers once! (I didn't obviously, but SERIOUSLY!?) they don't wash their hands or supply gloves when juicing the veggies so expect a lot of bacteria going into your drink. I only wrote this review to raise awareness of what is going on behind the scenes at this location. I was treated very unfairly here as an employee and warn anyone who wants to work here that it is NOT a good situation. Good luck to anyone buying drinks here, too. read more

This place is hit or miss honestly. Sometimes I go and my order comes out exactly as I placed it, other times it's wrong and the employees working act put out when I ask to make it right. This last time I ordered the paleo paradise and was given the almond breeze. When I asked why it was purple the kid said that was the Paleo paradise when there is literally nothing that should be purple in that drink.... he made a new one after I pointed out the difference in the two drinks, but I just don't appreciate the attitude about it. I stopped in on a Sunday and was told I couldn't get any juice because they were closing in 45 minutes... Uh, since when does the closing process begin 45 minutes early? Cute little 'juice' place in a nice area of Arvada that is more smoothies than juices, but I was very happy that they had exactly what I wanted. I got the 'lean 'n green': Apple, lemon, kale, celery, and cucumber. They also had a carrot concoction that I'll try next time.. something like carrot, red pepper, lemon, and two other veggies. They have plastic to go cups you can buy for around $14, but comes with the benefit of getting 10% off every drink you buy when you bring in it. There was a sign on the outside stating 'new ownership' and I had no problem with the staff. I'll definitely be back for more veggie juice fixes. read more

Smoothies are always great! Unfortunately the customer service here is absolutely atrocious, you come in and you right away feel like you are bothering them and their precious time. This will definitely be my last time in. They should probably think about hiring some teenagers with better personality and managers with some sense. read more

Recently had a VERY poor experience with the manager at the Arvada location. After making a mistake with online ordering, I called within a minute of ordering trying to correct the mistake. The manager informed me that it was impossible to fix and told me that the smoothies were already made. The online order was placed at 4:07pm and the smoothies were finished by 4:08? I highly doubt it. I then asked if there was any way to just cancel the order and he hung up on me. I tried to call back, no answer. I called back on a friend's phone and asked to speak with a manager, he said he was a manager. I explained the situation again and he, again, hung up no me. I love Inta but I will NEVER do business at the Arvada location. read more

Came in for a Hawaiian dream but my Hawaiian Dreams were crushed by a tsunami of customers waiting for smoothies. With only one person working behind the counter on a Saturday around noon, there just simply needs to be more people on staff. Not trying to wait 45 minutes for a smoothie, alright folks. And every time we have been disappointed with the flavor and quality of the smoothies. They offer items other than smoothies, so be aware that I am basing this review purely on smoothies. I really want my review of this location to be better because my kids love Inta Juice. BUT, I've just had one too many poor experiences with their high school workers. The owner or manager of this place needs to train kids how to treat customers well - or to address them at all! After all, that is what they are being paid for. They are almost always on their phones or talking to each other when we go in here. Smoothies are great, prices are really good. The shop itself appears new but is filled with old junky furniture? Strange. Shelves line the wall for merchandise, but nothing is ever there to buy? Strange. This is a great alternative to ice cream and fast food and Arvada needs this place to stay. Why not make it a really popular, fun hangout instead of a boring, lifeless snoozer fest? We will still go here for the nutritious options, but I hope whomever is in charge gets more involved in the daily running of the place. read more

I really wish I could give a better review, and if it was only based on how the smoothie turned out, it would be better. But the customer service was terrible. When I walked in the store I was greated by no one and when the three workers came out they were talking to each other and laughing and not paying attention to me. When I did get their attention I felt like I was being a bother to the employees. I ordered through the app and got 2 24oz drinks but instead I got one 24oz and one 16oz, though my conformation clearly said 2 24oz. And when I brought it up to the employee she showed me the receipt but didn't offer to fix it or even say sorry. I understand it could have been an app glitch but the lack of service I received and the looks I got made my visit very Unenjoyable. Apparently closing at 8 means closing by 740. Nothing like walking up to a store and have a teenager look at you then turn their back on you when the store is supposed to be open. Not professional . I'm guessing the owners don't care because a lot of reviews on Yelp and Google say the exact thing and things haven't changed . They close when they feel like it . I'm not too sure what happened to this place. The smoothies are still great but the timeliness and customer service is utterly horrendous. The past 2 times I have stopped in, I've spent over 30 minutes waiting on one drink, they don't fill the cups all the way, get upset if you ask them to add more, and I've seen them get upset if they are asked to remake something after it was incorrect. I have been frequenting every few weeks for our entire office and loved the place. Great service and they had a great rewards program. The last two times I went the service was horrible. Today I said hello to the gal no response more of a what do you want look. Had to tell her I was in the rewards program, previously they asked upon completing the order. I visited this establishment with my boyfriend and dog today. My boyfriend went in first and ordered his smoothie and then I went in so the dog stayed outside. I asked for a large cup with water for my dog. There was a sign on the wall that said an extra cup was $.50 so I assumed that is what I was getting charged but it ended up being around $20. I was not given a receipt so I couldn't tell what happened. I was given my two smoothies and then instead of getting a cup of water they gave me a bottle of water. I went outside and discussed this with my boyfriend, he decided something wasn't right. He went back in and even they didn't have the receipt. Apparently they charged me for the two large smoothies plus a small smoothie and a water. They said they couldn't refund because their manager wasn't there. They gave my boyfriend a voucher for a free any size smoothie, even though I had paid for the small size. Then they brought us out two smoothies that had been sitting on the counter since before I had entered the store. My boyfriend brought them back and asked for the managers number and they said there wasn't one and that we could come talk to him tomorrow.
