The toppings bar is extensive and has all the classics (oreo, cherries, candy) and fun variety (mochi, popping bubbles). It's always fun to customize. The reason this isn't a home run is because most of the flavors I've tasted are a bit bland. I got the cookies and cream yogurt recently and it it tasted like a light milk. We tried this place last night because my son had a free shaved ice for joining the Jepco summer reading program. The shop definitely super cute and they had a wide variety of frozen yogurt. We ended up just sticking with his shaved ice. It's huge. He was super excited about getting to add all his own flavors to the ice. Unfortunately, the shaved ice cups are kind of top heavy and he ended up spilling it twice, but I think that he still had plenty of sugar from it. Service was OK not great. The other thing I would say is that it's a pretty kid friendly place. They have a little play area but no changing table in the bathroom, which was kind of disappointing so I had to change my baby's diaper on the floor. read more

It's a nice little frozen yogurt place, honestly. Though the layout is sort of backwards, with your yogurt choices in the back and work your way to the front counter. To top that off, your toppings are restricted to service from the staff, a staff that seems to be very off-putting from helping me. Guess they're allergic to responsibility of work. But the flavors are plentiful and pretty good. The NY Cheesecake was quite silky smooth. And the toppings are pretty standard, from boba bubble to brownies and your typical sprinkles. The place is far more welcoming to teenagers from the nearby school than it is to some random grown adult, that's for sure. read more

Much like a casino without clocks, this place has a couple things that ensure people spend a lot more. The staff is nice, the place is clean. There are no price tags on anything but the dog yogurt. I came here a bit out of desperation as i was doing laundry next door and recently had surgery, to the point where i can't chew anything and it's hard to eat anything that isn't liquid. My mouth was hurting and i figured i would come in. I'm glad they had dairy free options or else I couldn't go, but blowing $7+ on a little bowl of sorbet has me regretting my visit. Things the business could do to be more customer friendly; -List prices. I shouldn't have to bother staff about the price of snow cones. -Put the snow cone sizes out so customers can see. - get a scale that isn't at the register. Let us weigh it and let us know the price per oz without hassling staff. - get different cup sizes. A smaller cup would've been nice, the bigger cup thing is usually so people will fill it more and it works. Overall the sorbet flavors were pretty good but i regret my visit as I didn't intend on spending more on this than laundry. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I'll be back again because the two teenage girls working there (blond and brunette) made me feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable. I'm not even really sure what we did to warrant it, but they stared at us and watched our every move the entire time we were getting yogurt. They would make rude faces at each other with wide eyes and then look at us, and then look back at each other and giggle and shake their heads. A good place for frozen yogurt and toppings were amazing in terms of variety. Some of the gummies were old and tasted stale. My son spat them out and said he couldn't chew them. We went there mainly for the shaved ice but their machine was broken. When we entered the place, 3 teenage workers were seated and eating with one another. This was ok except they did not wash their hands before serving us the toppings. They rubbed their faces and lips prior to serving us. One worker kept rubbing his lips while looking at his reflection in the window. Some workers kept throwing a rag at one another and the rag landed on the case where the toppings were. My family and I kept looking at each other and thinking "are we really seeing this behavior right now?" I hope these teens could be taught better customer service and be more hygienic in terms of handwashing and not touching their faces before serving customers. This little place has become our new after Scouts stop. My son absolutely love the variety and I love watching him get creative and make something just his style. We are new to the FroYo craze, but this is a lot of fun. My son doesn't like yogurt, but since this is frozen and pretty much ice cream I have had no complaints! I am impressed that they have really reached out to the community and now hang art work from local schools, welcome large groups to enjoy their half in half out seating. The sliding doors are always open and people are gathered all over. It is a trendy, fun way to meet up with your friends. Not a single time that I have been has it been slow. The stainless steel industrial look is hip. They have boxes of games and little things for the kiddies to play with, kiddies of all ages, they even have Trivial Pursuit. It's a sweet little place, just blocks from home. When busy I noticed they have had a couple of flavors run out and it seems some of the toppings end up sprinkling the floor, a little more sweeping and it would be all good. Not dirty by any means, its just obvious the kids are having fun decorating their paper bowls of yumminess. I really like that the options are low calorie and a few are even sugar free. I really hate one small businesses get bad reviews but I still have to stay honest to my community. We've been looking forward to trying this place out since it really looks cool and is right around the corner from us. We went the other day in the afternoon and we were the only ones in the place. We don't know if the guy who was working there was the owner or not, but the place was filthy. I went to use the restroom and there was no soap or toilet paper so I went to the women's bathroom which had soap but no paper towel. I called out to the guy when I got out of the men's room several times and he seem to blow off the fact that anybody was talking to him. Based on that alone I chose to not have anything to eat. My lady was already getting her yogurt together so she was committed. She said the first machine almost exploded on her which she doesn't blame a guy for in the second machine had some issues as well. The yogurt was OK but nothing impressive other than some creative flavors, but she was very impressed with the amount and variety of toppings compared to other shops which I have to agree on that and the extra star putting them at two. The guy then gets up from his computer while texting never one saying a word to me and walks around me as if I wasn't there but again never looking up and walks over to the counter to check my lady out. That is the first time I heard him speak and he actually sounded polite at that moment but it was very brief. If that was the owner, older hippy looking guy with the beard, that is sad and he should probably get somebody to take care of his establishment. If that is not the owner and the owner really needs to get involved with his or her business. It is a shame because this place has so much potential but we will certainly not be back nor will we recommend anybody to come back. This place is pretty neat in decor styling. Lots of bright colors, an open loft style ceiling, and a giant garage door door that opens the whole front. We came in on a living social deal and this place isn't too unlike any other fro-yo shop. Bliss is a lot like other frozen yogurt places with a variety of flavors and toppings. I like, however, the community Bliss creates. First they build community by offering free yogurt cups to kids in schools around the area during their special reading programs. They also support and sponsor youth sports in the area. Bliss also opens their door to local schools, sports teams or families to have fundraising events sponsored by Bliss giving proceeds to those programs. They even put up local Elementary school art in their shop to support of local schools. They even give tours for field trips with a sweet end for students. While Bliss may taste like many other frozen yogurt places, I have yet to see a small privately owned business try to support their community in the way Bliss has over the years. I will not return here. This is my second time (giving it another go) at Bliss Frozen Yogurt and I am highly disappointed. The yogurt was half frozen, the toppings seemed to be stale and stuck together and half of the flavors were out of order. The younger girl running things left the building while we were filling up our cups with the "runny" yogurt and as we waited she came back to only go to the area in the back to tend to what seemed like a machine beeping constantly. I would be willing to give this place a 5-star review (it's clean, the staff is polite, plenty of seating and the frozen yogurt is delicous) .....BUT we have been going to Bliss since mid January and the we have only seen one flavor swapped out (pistachio, which was delish! BRING IT BACK!!) and the rest have stayed the same. In a place like this I think people typically look forward to seeing new flavors come in rotation so it doesn't get boring. It's okay to always have 1 or 2 staples like vanilla or chocolate. We're going to keep coming here, we just hope someone reads this and considers bringing in new flavors! read more
