They helped through the entire process and bent over backwards to make sure everything was sorted out before I had to head out of town on vacation. Things got a little tangled with the claim but they repeatedly reassured me not to worry, it would all be handled. They were accessible and promptly responded to every question and request. However, they…read morerecommended her friend's 'company' for my glass claim, who not only put in the wrong glass for my car but broke my rear view mirror assembly, which was very expensive due to the camera and sensors required for my luxury car. This doesn't even include all the mistakes they made because the glass did not fit my car, which was proven when I took a picture of the part number and called the glass company. They not only refused to replace the mirror or the glass, but the owner called and screamed, swore and insulted me then proceeded to say 'I don't care about you or your car, find someone else to fix it' then said they would just call Kathy (on their speed dial) and have her cancel it. Needless to say, I'm stuck with covering the $1165 for replacing the mirror and had to do a new claim for the glass replacement. I got a new agent and had to start all over again - all the while my windshield is leaking water from the horrible job T&C Auto Glass did as I listen to the alerts from my car from the lack of calibration for the sensors and camera because the glass does not match up so it could not be sealed. She could have fixed this by calling and reporting her friends but chose not to so I'm still dealing with this over a month later. Be careful who you trust.
