However, they…read morerecommended her friend's 'company' for my glass claim, who not only put in the wrong glass for my car but broke my rear view mirror assembly, which was very expensive due to the camera and sensors required for my luxury car. This doesn't even include all the mistakes they made because the glass did not fit my car, which was proven when I took a picture of the part number and called the glass company. They not only refused to replace the mirror or the glass, but the owner called and screamed, swore and insulted me then proceeded to say 'I don't care about you or your car, find someone else to fix it' then said they would just call Kathy (on their speed dial) and have her cancel it. Needless to say, I'm stuck with covering the $1165 for replacing the mirror and had to do a new claim for the glass replacement. I got a new agent and had to start all over again - all the while my windshield is leaking water from the horrible job T&C Auto Glass did as I listen to the alerts from my car from the lack of calibration for the sensors and camera because the glass does not match up so it could not be sealed. She could have fixed this by calling and reporting her friends but chose not to so I'm still dealing with this over a month later. Be careful who you trust.

Once upon a time I worked with Paul Lalonde, the agent, in Jacksonville, FL at an insurance…read morecompany. He left the company and went to become an agent. Working in insurance I know that you have a few choices when it comes to obtaining insurance: through an agency (such as Indi Financial) or direct (through a website). Outside of being on my parents' policies as a teenager, I'd always had direct insurance. When I was looking for a cheaper rate a coworker suggested going to Paul to see what he could do. I actually ended up staying with the company I already had (Travelers) but switched my policy over to Paul's care. I had an accident and it was really nice dealing with someone like Paul (think of the agent as a mediator between you and an insurance company). He really wants the best for his customers and it was really nice having someone explain the stuff I didn't know (I may work in insurance but claims is not my forte). When the time came Paul helped me switch my insurance to a new carrier in a nice smooth transition and helped me save money. He's no longer my agent because I moved to Texas but really recommend him. He's very knowledgable and very friendly and you can trust him with your insurance needs and questions.

So, I have had no issues with the insurance itself. Yet. I have been with State Farm for almost a…read moreyear for auto insurance, and they are cheaper than all the others. I have not filed a claim yet, so I can't speak to that. However, I have had nothing but issues with the Kim Lego agency, both personally and professionally. Personally, when I signed up for auto insurance, Raquel Gonzalez helped me. Raquel said she was going to "bundle my insurance" to save me money but did not explain it. I ended up with auto, renters, and life insurance that I did not need. I canceled the rest as soon as I realized what she had done and only kept the auto insurance I had requested. I was confused because a third party kept calling me to get my health info, and I did not know why. So, selling extra products is unethical, but I let it go. Professionally, I have had my 02-15 life, health, and annuity insurance license for almost a year, and I applied to the Kim Lego agency just to see how different agencies operated. Maybe I would find something I liked better than where I am at. Who knows? I had a screening interview with someone named Kristina Leonard ( who is not mentioned on the "team page" of the agency website). When I asked who she was and how she was affiliated with Kim Lego Agency, she sounded offended and replied that she was "Kim's executive assistant." She rudely asked me why I wanted to work there, how much I wanted to make annually, and if I could commit to a 9-5 schedule. That's it. I answered her questions, although when I told her, that salary depends on how the salary/commission structure works, but I would like to make as much as possible, she rudely snapped, "What? You can't give me a number of how much you want to make each year?" She was 6 minutes late for a 15-minute phone screen that lasted less than two minutes, and I was not allowed to ask any questions. The next day I received a generic email about how "we have chosen to go forward with other candidates." I am not sure why I was rejected when having my license already puts me ahead of a lot of candidates. I believe Kristina simply did not like me because I asked who she was and tried to ask questions about the position during her phone screen. She was rude, short, and not pleasant at all. After reading some of these reviews, I see that no one else seems to have met Kim Lego. Is she even real? The bottom line is to go with State Farm but pick a different agency.
