    Don't use this Agent period! Brenda's customer service was straight up garbage! She doesn't answer…read moreemails or return any calls. My insurance is about to expire and wanted to make some changes and after contacting her through multiple emails and phone calls nothing were returned. I was so worried that I end up seeing another agent Jeffrey Bernard and was helped out right away, thanks to Kelly one of Bernard associate. Fair warning! if you wanted headache, frustrations and anxiety call or email Brenda!

    On June 26, 2019 I sent an email to Melena Toney to cancel my auto pay for my car insurance that…read morewas due June 28, 2019. I called her that same day & informed her Progressive Insurance is giving me a better rate. She said she already canceled my auto pay. Today Allstate withdrew $456.11 on my bank account. I called Melena & she said she would email me a letter for my bank which she did. The amount on the letter was $454.61 to be refunded on my account in 24 hours. I emailed her back & ask her to change the amount to $456.11. I also ask her to email me a letter for the bank & the merchants to contact her for any non-sufficient funds that will be charge against my account in the event some outstanding checks are returned. I emailed her 4 times & she did not respond. I called Melena & she said she is busy & would not say when she can get around it. I called Allstate customer service & spoke to Chantal. She called Melena & told her the reason policy was not cancelled is because she put it on suspend & the letter for the bank & the merchants will be emailed before close of business today. Why would she suspend my policy which she never discuss with me by phone or email. I already emailed her to cancel my auto pay & called her the same day that I switched to Progressive ? I did not received an email letter for the bank & the merchants per my request.

    Your dispatch employee sent out a driver to tow my truck. She called 2 hours in advance to confirm…read moremy appointment but didn't mention that it was $x amount per mile unless I waited 12 hours for my "membership upgrade to kick in". I have a screen shot on my phone from when I booked the service on the app that my plus membership would tow me up to 100 miles for this appointment. Dispatch told me "I don't know why they would send that" well "they" is the company so I'm unsure why you can't honor what they state. I was trying to be towed 10 miles, nothing crazy. What a joke most employees are these days. She had the nerve to say "well that's my bad for not communicating the price but usually people know what their membership covers". Well what do ya know, when I made an appointment last week and even tonight at midnight when my upgrade kicks in, BOTH of those dispatch employees were knowledgeable and communicative when telling me it would cost money and how much. This time at midnight when dispatched called, they also thought I had a classic membership but after actually looking into it, I was able to get a "free tow" from PAYING for my plus membership. He had no problem going to look into it and correcting trying to charge me. When my company offers something and a customer of years can prove to me what they're saying is true, I honor what they were led to believe. Thanks for nothing,"Cassa" Shout out to the night crew.
