This doesn't even include all the mistakes they made because the glass did not fit my car, which was proven when I took a picture of the part number and called the glass company. They not only refused to replace the mirror or the glass, but the owner called and screamed, swore and insulted me then proceeded to say 'I don't care about you or your car, find someone else to fix it' then said they would just call Kathy (on their speed dial) and have her cancel it. Needless to say, I'm stuck with covering the $1165 for replacing the mirror and had to do a new claim for the glass replacement. I got a new agent and had to start all over again - all the while my windshield is leaking water from the horrible job T&C Auto Glass did as I listen to the alerts from my car from the lack of calibration for the sensors and camera because the glass does not match up so it could not be sealed. She could have fixed this by calling and reporting her friends but chose not to so I'm still dealing with this over a month later. Be careful who you trust.
