I have moved a bit and transferred, but this was the first time in about 10 years that I actually spoke to my agent. I called the main number a few weeks ago and got the complete run around before they finally told me that Florida insurance needed to be done with a local person. I called this office to get everything transferred from Tallahassee. It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day. It was chaos and he made it very simple and it was well-priced. I spoke to Shannon Olson a few days later. She was also really nice and personable. It was nice to actually talk to the people in my local office and I'm very happy I went with them. I would recommend this office if you want to talk to humans and get things resolved instead of hearing automated voices and getting mad.

As an agent with a vast network of property and casualty insurance resources available to him, he immediately went to work by analyzing my homeowners insurance and providing me with the same level of coverage at just a little over one third the cost of my current annual premium! Since my homeowners insurance is tied to my escrow, Jeff helped me make a seamless transition to the new plan and now I can look forward to significantly lower mortgage payments going forward! I highly recommend using Jeff for all your auto and homeowners insurance needs. He is a no-nonsense professional who will give you the confidence that your property is protected; a very important thing here in coastal Florida!
