I have moved a bit and transferred, but this was the first time in about 10 years that I actually spoke to my agent. I called the main number a few weeks ago and got the complete run around before they finally told me that Florida insurance needed to be done with a local person. I called this office to get everything transferred from Tallahassee. It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day. It was chaos and he made it very simple and it was well-priced. I spoke to Shannon Olson a few days later. She was also really nice and personable. It was nice to actually talk to the people in my local office and I'm very happy I went with them. I would recommend this office if you want to talk to humans and get things resolved instead of hearing automated voices and getting mad.

I asked a neighbor who they use and I know her husband looks into things real well. She gave me the phone number to Shapiro Insurance Group and Elizabeth Brown from the company answered the phone. I told her who I was and my situation and she told me she would be so happy to help me. Because I was so happy with her help I asked her if she could help me with automobile insurance and that is what she is working on right now.
