It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day. It was chaos and he made it very simple and it was well-priced. I spoke to Shannon Olson a few days later. She was also really nice and personable. It was nice to actually talk to the people in my local office and I'm very happy I went with them. They helped through the entire process and bent over backwards to make sure everything was sorted out before I had to head out of town on vacation. Things got a little tangled with the claim but they repeatedly reassured me not to worry, it would all be handled. They were accessible and promptly responded to every question and request.
