I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. They proceeded with threatening calls, saying that they would put a lien on the property, and were very rude and disrespectful. Finally, they agreed to settle it for less than the amount.
